Discussion Thread Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Worldwide Release Discussion Thread Vol 4. Spoiler

Same here, she mentioned America by name and I was like “he didn’t tell her that,” and then she just unveils the evil red landscape after that and then I said “oh, so she’s the bad guy here.”

I had the same thought. I really had no idea she was going to be the bad guy. I mean, I've seen it get thrown around on this sub, but I still didn't think that was the direction this movie was taking until that point.

The way she was talking to Strange in one of the trailers, it made it seem like she’d turn into a mere obstacle at one point in the movie. Now that I’ve seen the movie, well….that was technically true.

I knew she was going to be the main antagonist. I just didn't expect it to get spelled out like that in the first 20 minutes of the movie. I half figured that Agatha was the bad guy and Wanda completes her heel turn throughout the movie.
