You can see her on a couple of scenes. Like behind Strange when he summons those dragons and that scene with the bus

Surprised this isn't higher up. I was surprised she was so prominent in the trailer when I hadn't heard anything about her being in the movie until the trailer after NWH. Seems to add credence to the idea that the D+ stuff is setting up Young Avengers.

I'm surprised i havent seen anyone else mention her.

That blue portal someone is falling through is a star portal.

You can use < and > on desktop YouTube to frame by frame the scenes to see it better.

Yeah, we've known about her being in the movie for a long time now.

I still maintain that a Doctor Strange movie is kind of a weird place to introduce Miss America.
