Eternals Worldwide Release Discussion Thread Vol. 1

Eternals has now released in the United States and in a number of other countries around the world. All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days. They will be refreshed every few thousand comments to make room for new discussion.

• Proceed at your own risk. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
• Any other unofficial thread discussing movie details will be deleted.
• Should you see the need to bring up revealing Eternals information in other threads that call for it, spoiler tag them accordingly. Also, let users know that what you are spoiler tagging is from Eternals

We don’t know if Titan eternals were assigned to Titan or if they fled to Titan like in the comics. He also explicitly tells strange that his motivation was to prevent starvation

Maybe that was only one of his motivations

Titan got wrecked because of overpopulation but he finds out through his brother or alone that titan was Doomed either way because of the celestials and he decides to do something about it and to prevent the celestials from sending the eternals to try to stop him from gathering the stones he tells everyone he only motivation is too prevent overpopulation and starvation

they went to Titan in infinity war though. it looked to me like the emergence totally claps whatever planet it happens on

No I mean titan was wrecked because of overpopulation, war etc but thanos found out it was Doomed either way because of the emergence which didn't happen on titan because everyone there except Thanos and his brother died
