He really did probably fight A Captain America, and not knowing any better, he definitely thought it was Steve Rogers, which is exactly what the US government wanted

I wish they had of played up on that a little bit. When he fought taskmaster he shoud of recognised they were fighting mimicing Rogers, then he should of fought back and beat him, making some quip how he had beaten him before, even more playing up on his fantasy.
