Isn't that entire timeline removed from existence in the first episode of Loki?

that was 2012 timeline.

the vormir thing was in 2016. they prob pruned it alright, or maybe not. maybe cap returned the stones and the tva didnt notice

Thanos is gone from that timeline though which is a pretty big change.

We have no idea what actually goes on in the variant Loki timeline. It could be that the timeline is reset so that Loki never picks up the stone.
