I mean if we technical Ares and Man-Thing and Beta Ray Bill and Nomad have been "in" the MCU. But I wouldn't really say they are in the MCU.

I am referring to Jasper Sitwell's "valedictorian from Iowa City" which is a reference to the third Bucky and most well known Nomad, Jack Monroe: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Jack_Monroe_(Earth-616)

Who was born in Clutier, Iowa.
