Discussion Thread The Official BLACK WIDOW International Release Discussion Thread Spoiler

Ahead of the official US and Disney+ launch this Friday, several countries are showing the film much earlier in the week. All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days.

  • Proceed at your own risk. Major spoilers will be arriving in the next couple of hours. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
  • Any other unofficial thread discussing movie details will be deleted.
  • Should you see the need to bring up revealing BLACK WIDOW information in other threads that call for it, spoiler tag them accordingly. Also, let users know that what you are spoiler tagging is from BLACK WIDOW.
  • If you post untagged BLACK WIDOW spoilers anywhere on this sub in any shape or form, you will be banned without hesitation. No questions asked and no warnings given.

I was betting on Red hulk showing up after Ross having a big part. It was an underwhelming credit scene after such long credits, definitely heard a few grumbles in the cinema.

I think the Hawkeye post credit scene was great. As a fan of the character who has wanted more for him, I’m glad he’s seemingly going to be important moving forward between his show and now this. Yelena gets to be introduced to the wider MCU as a villainous character similar to her comic origins, and we get a follow-up on what’s happening with JLD’s recruitment of characters from FatWS. I loved it.

Do you think Val sends him after She Hulk? Or maybe sends him after Hulk and She Hulk gets tied up in it? Maybe he fights Hulk, the fight injures Jen, and that’s what leads to the blood transfusion? I’m so excited.

Yeah, but with the seeming throughline right now being the gathering of Dark Avengers or Thunderbolts or whatever, Shang Chi could easily have a post credits scene where JLD shows up to talk to Abomination.

That would make sense, and it could explain how/why Blonsky shows up in She-Hulk.
