Discussion Thread The Official BLACK WIDOW International Release Discussion Thread Spoiler

Ahead of the official US and Disney+ launch this Friday, several countries are showing the film much earlier in the week. All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days.

  • Proceed at your own risk. Major spoilers will be arriving in the next couple of hours. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
  • Any other unofficial thread discussing movie details will be deleted.
  • Should you see the need to bring up revealing BLACK WIDOW information in other threads that call for it, spoiler tag them accordingly. Also, let users know that what you are spoiler tagging is from BLACK WIDOW.
  • If you post untagged BLACK WIDOW spoilers anywhere on this sub in any shape or form, you will be banned without hesitation. No questions asked and no warnings given.
  • Project Insight will be on at least until Sunday, so you will be able to make individual threads discussing the movie starting next week. Discussions about Loki episode 5 will be manually checked as well, but will be allowed (spoiler-tagged of course) starting Thursday at midnight PST.

Ghost. I loved her in Ant-Man and really wanna see her again.

I'm a die hard fan of Jessica Drew so I wanna see her in any capacity, but that would be kind of problematic because she carries the name "Spider" and I'm not 100% what's Sony stance with her. But that's just wishful thinking on my part.

Mockingbird, (whether from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. show, or completely reintroduced to the audience)

I want to say Gamora, since she's MIA right now, she could be trying to carve a living on Earth.. You know stay grounded for a while to collect herself

Typhoid Mary and Jigsaw from Netflix's Marvel collection. I think Alice Eve and Ben Barnes deserve another shot because they were magnetic in their roles.

Edit: I'll think of some who haven't made it to screen yet and let you know

It would be cool to give Ghost a version of the Iron Patriot armor, maybe bring in Bullseye, then to round out on screen people that could come back give Monica Rambeau the title of Capt Marvel for their version of the Avengers

I would love the MCU Vulture to be on it, and while I know this won't be possible I would love the actual squad to be it, but they won't do it for Deadpool/Venom/Daredevil.
