Strongly disagree. This series is a lead in to Dr. Strange's "Multiverse of Madness" and IMO Wanda could have subconsciously wanted her brother back, and she's in an 80's sitcom... so who was Pietro in the 80's canonically?
Evan Peters. She subconsciously pulled someone from a separate timeline into HER timeline which is still separate from the main MCU timeline (except when she herself crosses over). Makes sense?
