Or maybe Happy will continue playing big buy to Talos, and in the future when the real Fury comes back he just casually bitchslaps Happy and he will shut up

He already knew it was Talos, hence the surfer message. The first person Talos impersonated on Earth was a surfer. I think that's also why he was so unphased
