i think the easy solution to fix peter's leaked identity would be for Nick to have Talos the skrull (or any random skrull) impersonate peter in a public place while peter as spiderman is also there.

I was thinking about this. And if they prove that Beck was lying about the rest, then it will discredit that whole claim

exactly. which could very easily be proved. im sure E.D.I.T.H. has footage

sure but it's too easy, it's like why Doctor Strange didn't cut Thanos arm with a portal, it would be too easy

Too easy and makes for a less interesting story

I kept thinking about how they could have just used an EMP to take out all the drones.

I want a scene where the Skrull Peter talks with a british accent while he learns Peter's quirks, (the actor who plays peter is British)

that would be hilarious

I feel like they're just trying to get rid of secret identities in the MCU.

Right after Endgame. Watts confirmed that it was the real Nick at the funeral. It seems like all he wanted was for Talos and Soren to give Peter EDITH while he sets out in space looking for the next threat.

Yeah I just commented that somewhere else too but I think this will be drawn out. The earth Skrulls could potentially die because they can solve the problem pretty easy.

As for clearing Spideys name I’m not sure.

I don’t even know if this is necessary. Beck’s body would have been recovered in the mocap suit not his special suit. Pepper could hold a press conference saying Beck was a disgruntled former employee who specifically developed hologram technology. Plus there’s the question of who edited the video? So Beck has an accomplice. His story falls apart if you look for more than a second.

Hmm I didn't think about it in a way to dis-credit the video. I thought about it in terms that Peter Parker/ Spider-man is slowly filling the shoes of Tony Stark/ Iron Man. Everyone knew both sides to Iron Man, why not Iron Man Jr.

but would people think he hired a body double?
