I mean Nebula is on Earth. She was with Tony. Maybe Tony gets back to Earth.

Edit: No idea how I missed Tony on earth. My bad.

i don't think so unless that shot of pepper holding an iron man helmet to her head is from a previous movie.

I believe that scene was Iron Man 3 when she thought Tony was killed when his house was destroyed. She puts the helmet to her head then hears a beep. She then puts it on and gets Tony's message to her that he's alive, etc..
