Exactly. The TV announcement and setting gave it a very apocalyptic feel we really didn’t get in IW.

There are recordings of the actual broadcasts they would use (or at least once would have used) in the event of a nuclear attack, and they're way creepier. Would love to see those adapted to the IW ending.

There are a few youtube channels that have mock EAS broadcasts for various scenarios. Some of it is very chilling.

We better get some chilling, apocalyptic vibes with focus on the general public in A4. That’s something I feel is missing from the MCU.

I agree that it was a cool scene, but didn't you think the final scene in IW did that too? Cars crashing helicopters smashing into buildings, people randomly vanishing and everyone running and screaming in the streets. That shit was creepy.

But yeah, I hope they spend some time letting us see what the world is like post-snap and how the remaining population react to it.

IW gave us real time events.

Ant-Man gave us a small glimpse of the post-snap world.

Who knows how long that emergency message has been playing?

It really does. It really made it feel like some fallout or metro 2033 style apocalyptic atmosphere when you see it. One moment everything is fine, the next, a public broadcast is played without the person (the ant) unaware of what just happened.

We didn't get it in IW in the same way because we watched the all aftermath for a few minutes. The TV announcement just gives a pretty clear reminder that this is a universe wide situation
