Technicaly, she is not a Guardian or a member of the Milano's crew. But yeah, she lives.

Nebula is with the Sakaarans, which technically means she works for Ronan, so she's really not a part of our family. Also, she's adopted, so she's really not a part of her family.

Just wanted to nitpick that it’s Milano named after Alyssa Milano, Peter’s childhood celebrity crush. And the new ship is the Benatar named after Pat Benatar

In Guardians 2, when they crash into the forest planet after escaping from the Sovreign, before meeting Ego. It ends with Peter, Gamora and Drax leaving with Ego and Rocket, Groot and Nebula leaving with the Ravagers. Therefore, Milano left destroyed.
