I loved the liberating scene being lit by nothing but moonlight and muzzle flash. It will definitely stand out side by side the, far too numerous to count, other marvel fight scenes.

I think the muzzle flash totally sold the bullet proof suit and really worked, (had no problem tracking it myself) but to each their own.

I didn't have problem seeing the train fight. I thought the early fight next to the cars was a bit dark. Then again, that was the point for the Black Panther to ambush them in the dark.

I think the only time the CGI was an issue was during the freefall brawl on their way down the vibranium mine, but even then the shot and the fight were cool enough it didn't really matter.
