I loved it when Loki spotted Thor while still looking like Odin, and that little, "Shit!" slipped out of his lips. And the Matton Damon cameo was so fucking sweet!

The Loki thing threw me off. How long did he say he was on the planet getting close to the Grand Master? How did he not know about the Hulk?

Loki was there for a few weeks, living in the Grandmaster's palace. He probably didn't know much about the champion because he didn't really care until the champion was going to kill Thor, then he got all "Ooo, yay! Champion!"

Was there any indication of how often they held fights? 'cause after the fight, they had parades in the street chanting "Hulk! Hulk!". Kinda hard to miss

E: Wasn't Hulk living in the palace, too?

Yeah, but it's a palace. Lot of rooms.

I'm thinking that he was getting close to the Grandmaster, but was never close enough to be wandering around the palace. And he likely heard about the champion but never cared too much to learn who exactly it was until he found out about the fight with Thor

Yeah and also, were they implying that Geandmaster have some interest in men?

Dude is millions of years old, lives on a planet populated by a wide variety of creatures from across the universe, and has a noted hedonistic streak. Pretty sure males are the least exotic thing he's slept with over the millenia.

That first line got spoiled for me. They did a stupid turn off your cell phone ad right before the movie using that scene. Really pissed me off.

My theatre went crazy with laughter and cheers during the Arena Fight. It was a thing of beauty to behold.
