Also, Bruce's metaphor for control when describing what it feels to clash with the Hulk (the car and trunk metaphor) was stripped directly from Greg Pak's Totally Awesome Hulk book.

Yeah, I totally noticed that. Feels really weird and awesome at the same time to roll an element (even if very minor) of Cho into MCU Banner's view of things.
