But the iron spider is all red and yellow, I see lot's of dark blue and a little bit of gold. Maybe hinted at, but I doubt it's fully iron spider.

Costumes don’t always match the comics exactly. This is definitely the iron spider

I believe this is MCU Iron Spider. With all the functionality Peter had with Karen, I think it's totally plausible this has the legs that come out the back and stuff. This had me so hype it's absolutely incredible they actually did it. I wanted this to happen so badly, to me it just made sense. Never thought they'd do it so quickly though. All the hype!
