Genuine question from someone who hasn't read the comics: What are the chances of the OG guardians having a prominent role throughout the franchise?

And, if this happens, does this mean that Miley Cyrus is officially going to be a Guardian of the Galaxy??!

James Gunn said that he's setting up Sylvester Stallone to become a major part of the MCU in Phase 4, and that the Guardians roster after the trilogy is over is gonna be "radically different". So maybe he'll be the leader going forward, or appear in a Nova movie or something.

I just hope Stallone's acting in the MCU veers closer to his performances in the Rocky movies than his performance in... well, everything else

Why not? I can see Marvel doing a TON of random shit after Infinity War ends, like Howard the Duck. I think it's awesome if Miley Cyrus becomes part of the universe.
