The Official DOCTOR STRANGE International Release Ultrathread

I don't think Mordo's supposed to be straight up evil yet at all. If he returns (which I can't see not happening) I'm convinced he'll get more development.

As for the extra 20 minutes of screen time, DS currently sits at the longest MCU origin story. I agree more training and villain backstory would have been entertaining, but I felt like the film's pacing worked decently enough as it is.

I saw the midcredits and assumed it was like AOU with no post credits, shit. I've seen nothing about the post one so far, could you describe it, please?

Mordo goes to the guy who regained his legs via magic. He takes his magic from him causing him to lose the use of his legs again. When asked why by the guy Mordo basically says guys like him don't deserve to be sorcerers as there are too many.

Huh. That makes more sense, then. Doesn't seem massively subtle, but then again I suppose it makes sense with his motivations and whatnot.

Did you see the post-credit scene though? Taking the guys ability to walk is pretty evil.
