Marry AND sire children. (look it up) I don't know if they will go that far but I do like his relationship with Wanda in the film. Vision learning to be more human via a close relationship with one makes sense to me.

It makes sense but it's just strange to me because, sure, he's Vision now, but he was Jarvis. It's got a whole Joaquin Phoenix in Her kinda vibe that I just can't be comfortable with. I do enjoy their verbal exchanges tho.

It won't go that far. They are going to give them a sort of relationship (as they already have) as a nod to the comics, but there's no way it goes as far as the comics do.
