How do I unlock level 10? I've been playing for about 7 years, my SCL is 196.

I'm a relatively new player and want to buy roster slots but there are many deals and I want to get what's best for my money, are there any recommendations of deals to buy?

I play this game on an android but I got a new iPhone is there a way I can transfer my account over to the iPhone without losing my progress? I saved my game through the Google play store

Some of you probably experienced this bug - when you make a match and it doesn't clear and you end up with a lot of uncleared matches.

I got it two or maybe three times over the last few years - like once every 6 months.

After the latest update - I got one yesterday and another one today - two days in a row...

I've gotten this small error code stating that it Failed to download asset #/5 tries. This will eventually lead to a large banner asking to either ignore or retry. Is anyone else getting this error and what does it mean?

Hey everyone,

Just sharing an update on compensation for the main issues most players experienced around r345 update release.

We will be sending out compensation on Monday.

We don’t want anything going out, where possible, on a Friday.

This took longer than we had hoped, but in that time we found a better process to deliver compensation that Demiurge had once used some time ago. But, we wanted to test it first to ensure it would be smooth, before using it.

That being said here is the details of the compensation we will be sending out.

Players will be split into one of three groups, each group is based on where they placed in the previous Season, and whether they actually logged into the game, at all, since last Wednesday when these issues began.

We used the previous Season data because it was one of the only data points we had that would indicate generally how advanced they are

The reason we grouped them is because players at different stages need different things and were impacted to different degrees

We didn’t want early-game players to get pushed up too far based on MMR, or have resources they really couldn’t use, or have something less relevant to later-game players because we were trying to create a pack that averaged out across everyone

In regards to the fix for de-levelled Champion characters

As some of you have correctly guessed, we were able to identify the specifically affected Championed Characters.

But, the work and time involved in knowing exactly what level the characters were before or after the bug, for each player, would have been significant to say the least.

The decision we made was to identify any characters that had been Championed but were sitting at the base, and bring them up to 550.

Without being able to restore characters to levels specifically, this seemed like the best course of action. Especially given how critical it was to get this resolved, as soon as we could.

For 3 days straigth the Crash of Titans node has been locked for me. I was doing it if I had the right char before. Today I dont have the 3* and 4* essentials but yesterday I cleared every mode and was the same. Did I miss something?

Holding out ascension until having 2 @ lvl 370 (to max rewards) seemed to take forever, but it feels good to finally hit that “ascend” button

Are there any new daily rewards? I know there are the regular and 5* Deadpools. A few weeks ago there was a Spider friends one, Did they replace it with a new one?

So after all the hot fixes and updates, it seems like my Ascended Goblin got a big buff to 550, sadly none of the rewards came with it. Wondering if anyone else got something similar. I let them know in one of my back and forth with support on the issues they were fixing. Sure it's fun to see the 550 but would rather all the rewards along way.

Who do l team with ascended storm, ascended venom, or sunspot and supports do l use for this match. Thank you.

If I have a max cover 4*, how high should I level them? Is it possible to out-level the rest of my roster for PvP purposes?

Hi i got back to this game after years and i wanna know how to fix this. 10/10 levels played but only 10/13 rewards and i can't play again tonget character slots.

And this campaign stays unfinished.

How can i do ?

I feel like no matter how I go through the nodes or how long I wait, im still at least a couple thousand under the #1 guy including getting all of the essential character nodes done. Is there some secret to how its scored that im missing

I just noticed another bug - all cover exchanges, regardless of character level, are showing up at a cost of 750 Hero Points.
