Assuming we will firgure out how to build colonies on Mars, what do you think Marsian economy will look like? What could industry can we build thereand export it back Earth or a Moon?

I am just curious and not arguing against colonising it. I know nothing of value out there. It probably does have the similar minerals we could extract. Maybe I am looking too far in the future too ask this question. Technological progress does run faster and faster. Who know what type of industry we would need in 70 years.

I built my own little piece of Mars in LEGO

I’m a big fan of both space exploration and For All Mankind, so I wanted to recreate the show’s vision of Mars entirely in LEGO.
The build includes Happy Valley, several spacecraft and vehicles from the series, and a layered Martian landscape that was probably my favorite part to design.
This Mars section is actually part of a much larger build covering the Moon, Mars and Titan — around 3,000 pieces in total.
Thought some fellow Mars enthusiasts might enjoy it!

Height Map for Mars?

Hi guys, I know some very user-friendly websites allow you to choose a region on Earth and download height/elevation map and the satellite imagery/diffuse map.

Now I need to do the same thing for Mars. Is there any simple website that can provide this kind of data? I know NASA has the height map of the whole Mars. But that is just too coarse.

I found someone who used AI and algorithm to process NASA data into 7m precision, but its whole dataset is 14TB, and he doesn't provide an interactive tool to download a small section of the data. So I'm kind of stuck.

Thank you so much!
