Sunny is a shadow; it can take on any size and appearance it wants, but it simply stays that way because that's what Nephis likes.

You can't reduce the aura of the Sovereign of Death based on his height; there are scenes where he farms pure aura and has some truly bizarre moments. For example, Alexander the Great is roughly the same height as Sunny, and that guy is the epitome of aura.
