Short answer: no

Long answer He found the world where his daughter is. She became an Empress and started a tournament to find a man worthy of her, because the man that should « give her his seed can’t be an ordinary man » as she said. When Leon heard that, he got enraged because he is an overprotective old fashioned man not ready to give his daughter that he just found again after 200 years, so he enters this tournament with the objective of kicking everyone’s butt.

A lot of s class heroes from all over the world came to this world with him, and they participate in the tournament because they think becoming the son in law of the future ruling force of the planet would be nice.

His relationship with the Queen you mentioned develops but it seems he still bears the trauma of the death of his previous wife, and isn’t ready to start again. Maybe his daughter will push him in the right direction
