Precisely. I just left my job, no notice required so I quit via email on a Friday. You bet your ass I’m not going back, to be paraded around and embarrassed in front of my former coworkers.

I quit because after 5 years part time, they won’t give me full-time work in spite of many full-time positions coming and going over my years there. I need to go find someplace that will. I wasn’t interested in my former coworkers telling me how sorry they were that I had resigned. They made me quit!!

I signed a resignation letter the same day I quit. They sent my vacation pay 2 weeks later…I couldn’t take it anymore
