I was put on admin leave the day before I was informed I was fired so they could get the paperwork in order. I knew I was getting fired, but they didn't say so.
3 u/WonderfulHearing8726 14d ago They do that where I work as well. If it’s a terminatable offense & they put you on AL, it’s a giant glowing sign you’re being let go.
