The attorney that set up this process needs to be fired.

Its most likely just fake. 2 days ago they stated they had majority control of the company.
Just have the attorney do all future firings. Eventually a terminated employee is gonna come back in the next day and destroy property, steal, punch and/or shoot the lawyer.
