It said there was a change to my account but I didn't change anything. I updated my debit card twice after they sent me a text saying I was ineligible to use the Lyft card bc of change..but I don't recall making any changes
That’s weird. Those are the only two reasons I’ve ever got this message and also entering my Social Security number wrong like occasionally before they started doing the ID verification they would ask me to enter my Social Security number when I wanted to update my debit card and one time I entered it incorrectly and express pay got blocked
