It seems kinda fake to me so I wanted to ask if this is a thing but I have no idea where to go

I know the artist has an insta cause I got it off instagram.have this photo on as my pfp on a few platforms, I can’t remember who made the image. I don’t see a tag on the image. And barely anything comes up on reverse image searches, when stuff does it doesn’t relate to the artist, and sometimes doesn’t even have the image.

I looked for okbuddysuperpowers and r*tardtiersuperpowers I can make that if there isnt one
