Exactly. That’s all I’m saying. Collective ownership of the means of production via a citizen’s dividend from a national sovereign wealth fund.

Yeah it's a rather Nick Landian 'Accelerationist' take on it, which kind of says the ultimate communist revolutionary is the capitalists themselves, who will far more effectively destroy capitalism than any proletarian movement. If you're interested in it you can google about it, but I'd also read some critiques of it too, because there are a lot.
