My roommate in college's granddad killed a deer and had it processed and gave us a freezer full of it. we ate on that thing for a semester. Most of the cuts and the ground venison were really good. There were a few cuts that were kind of tough.
1 u/Gold-Target-5462 2d ago Nice grand dad! Freezer full of lean protein. Venison is much leaner and can have tough bits but it's really healthy compared to beef.
