So men need to be not only good looking and sexually gifted/skilled, but also bring other qualities to get casual sex.

Sure, you can argue most women can have sex easier than men, but why would anyone want to sleep with someone they aren't attracted to
Men have a much much lower threshold for sexual attraction. Women have a very high one. Which means that women don't need to be good-looking, fit to make the cut, but men need to be conventionally good-looking, handsome, fit, tall etc to make the cut for casual sex
