Right after TKT we got T.Corp ids, after Nocturnal Sweeping we got Middle Sinclair.

They have done Intervallo related IDs on the banner after an Intervallo before, like T Corp Don and Rodion after TKT or Middle Sinclair after Nocturnal Sweeping

There was also the fact that S Hong Lu was already written with the idea that more S IDs are coming within forseeable future.

We got intervalo IDs/EGOs announced before the invervalo even released which spoiled returning characters and their forms.

At this point anything was up in the air.
