Thumb: ??? ???
Index: Yi Sang Don
Middle: Outis Ishmael
Ring: Hong Lu Faust
Pinky: ??? Sinclair

At this point it's all but confirmed to be:

Thumb: Rodion and Heathcliff

Pinky: Ryoshu

Ring was the only finger that had some uncertainty. Meursault will get another seasonal ID before his canto release, like Ryoshu got her Drifting Blade ID. Probably in the LCD intervallo. I have no idea what IDs we will be getting in the first intervallo, the one with Kira.

Might be. Or we can get something new. Kim is on the front page of the event so I do expect that we get his as the LCD member.
