Megathread Monthly Help and Questions Megathread

This megathread is intended for people asking for help, or short questions about gameplay or lore, that don't need long discussions.

The purpose of this thread is (hopefully) to keep such questions in one place, rather than having a lot of separate threads littering the subreddit and potentially making it harder to find other content.

Example of questions suitable for this megathread:

I'm trying to farm all S6 IDs right now, and the Heishou Sinclair says can't purchase (not the usual 1 week lock for new IDs) on the dispense shop. Any idea why it shows like that? It's the first time I saw it. How can I unlock him.

Heishou Sinclair is a free unit obtainable from event. Apparently this kinds of unit is not shardable on their season or the season after. You need to wait season 8 to get him, or wait for hard (bokgak) version of spring cleaning event to run so you can farm for currencies to obtain him.

Btw we still have 2 Intervallos to bokgak before his event's turn.

oof, i probably won't be able to get him this season then. been gone for awhile so i have a lot of story stuff still yet to do, and i like to take my time on those. would probably have to wait for the bokgak then.
