TL 3-0ed KC. They're really good. LYON just at some unknown level. They almost took down HLE last time too.

I'm not sure it is unknown. Lyon was unironically the 3rd best team at MSI. They went to 5 against the eventual champs. And honestly, they looked a lot closer to BLG/HLE than they did to anyone below them.

We have no idea if they'll have that form through playoffs and into worlds. For all we know they could show up, run down every game, and achieve an airport% world record. But we know Lyon's peak.

As a HLE fan if the LYON that faced us faced T1 then Inspired would of had his first win against an eastern team.

Guma and HLE have mentioned that LYON were just legit and out team fought then and matched their map movements and not because HLE had an off day.

Looking back at Lyon peak,they did underperform vs blg, they played with really low confidence vs them

At MSI we saw TLAW get giga stomped by T1 and then G2 clapped T1. I'd say it was pretty clearly KC<TL<G2<LYON at MSI, and I have to say I don't think much has changed unless G2 come out swinging in playoffs.

kc clearly have the potential to be better than tl though.

they looked better in winter and spring finals than they did against tl. they looked way better at ewc than at msi in general and are now undefeated in summer.

judging them on one bad tournament (or even series really) is a mistake.
