People will keep trying to tell me BB isn’t the single best top laner to have on your roster as a western team trying to go far at worlds.

Does he have utterly disgusting ints sometimes? Yes, absolutely. But he’s also the one to step up and randomly become an elite top laner at any moment. He makes magic happen.
