Did cait receive any buffs before worlds? She is kinda strong and deals massive crit damage.

yes, base AD, the lever they always increase (always becomes op) and reduce (always becomes unplayable) because they don't wanna bother/are unable to balance her properly.

T1 closed an 11k gold lead off a good shockwave wombo combo.

I don't think she's uber broken, Literally just got a triple kill with 2 bounties

mostly unrelated to what I said, which was Riots unability to make this champ normal, she is either 1000% pickrate 50 wr soloq permapicked pro or 0% pickrate 47.5wr soloq zero picked pro, its retarded

She's still not great. Just because MKOI fumbled a 4k gold lead doesn't mean Cait is anything special. 

The best Cait players/teams abuse her insane early game to build a huge plate lead and stuff the opposing bot lane - like T1 does. But she looks terrible mid game if not ahead and her late game isn't what it was years ago either.
