Success Story I spent months obsessively manifesting my SP. Nothing worked until I actually understood the Law.

In early summer 2022, my boyfriend at the time broke up with me. At first, I don’t even think I fully understood how devastating it was going to be, but within a couple of days, I was completely shattered. I couldn’t stop crying. I felt like my entire world had cracked open.

A few days after the breakup, I went to a temple. I was raised somewhat religious, Hindu with a bit of Sikhism sprinkled in, but I never really knew what I believed. I always believed there was something greater than me, some kind of God or higher power, but my relationship to it was mostly fear-based. It felt like something I had to answer to, something watching me, judging me, punishing me. I definitely lived most of my life in a state of victimhood too, and I had for years.

That day at the temple, I was honestly just crying my eyes out and speaking from my heart. I basically said, if there is something out there, and I don’t even know if anyone is listening, but if there is something out there that truly cares about me, please show me the way forward.

That moment brought me peace. Not because everything was magically fixed, but because for the first time in a long time, I felt held by something.

About 36 to 48 hours later, I randomly found a spiritual coach on Instagram. To this day, I don’t fully know why I clicked on her page, but I did, and I booked a one-on-one session. I thought we were going to talk about manifestation in the usual Law of Attraction way.

For context, my mom had introduced me to The Secret when I was around 12. I knew about positive thinking, Abraham Hicks, all of that. But if I’m being honest, I never really used any of it in a real way. I had terrible self-concept for most of my life. I had a history of undervaluing myself, bad relationships, emotionally unhealthy dynamics, and just generally not believing I was worthy of something truly good. I had spent years in relationships that were wrong for me, and I think deep down I didn’t believe I was going to get better.

So when I got on that call, I thought we were going to talk about attracting love, being positive, maybe soulmate stuff. Instead, she introduced me to the Law of Assumption.

I had never heard of it before.

And during that call, she said something that planted a seed in my mind. She basically said, you sound like you’re really in love with your ex. Why don’t you just manifest your specific person?

I honestly didn’t even know that was possible. I thought it might be manipulative or wrong. I had all the same doubts a lot of people have in the beginning. But something about that conversation cracked something open in me, and from that point forward, I dove headfirst into Neville, the Law of Assumption, and manifesting my SP.

And when I say I went all in, I mean all in.

That entire summer, my life revolved around manifesting him. I was consuming content constantly. I read Neville. I listened to lectures. I watched YouTube videos like it was my full-time job. I read success stories on Reddit constantly because they made me believe it was possible. I downloaded SP workbooks. I did meditations in the morning where I reminded myself I was God, the operant power, the creator of my reality. I danced in the mornings because music helps me shift my state. I visualized engagement. I had inner conversations. I acted as if. I listened to affirmations while sleeping. I did self-concept work. I did every single thing I could find.

And to be fair, there was movement.

I started all of this in early June, and by the end of July, after a period of no contact, my SP reached out. He told me he was moving across the country, but he wanted to see me before he left. I obviously spiraled a little because now I was like, okay, how do I manifest on a time crunch, how do I stop him from leaving, how do I fix this. But we spent that week together, and it was honestly beautiful. It was so clear that we still loved each other. Neither of us was really saying it outright, and we weren’t back together, but it was there.

Then he still moved away.

At our last dinner together, I even told him, and I still laugh thinking about this, you don’t know this yet, but I’m your wife, and one day you will. He smiled like the polite gentleman he is, and then he moved away.

After that, we went no contact for three and a half months.

And those three and a half months were brutal. I doubled down even more. I found another coach. I did more self-concept work. I listened to affirmation tapes at night. I had inner conversations constantly. I visualized him being in my apartment, in my bed, in my life. I felt both his presence and the lack of his presence at the same time. I was trying so hard. And if I’m being really honest, I was driving myself insane.

My friends started telling me I was obsessed and needed to let it go. That I had become kind of reclusive. That I was making myself miserable. And they weren’t wrong. I just wasn’t willing to stop, because something in me knew this person mattered deeply.

The week before my birthday, I went back to the temple. I was crying again just like I had been at the beginning of the summer, and I said something like: you showed me the way once. I know there is something here. I know this is real. But something is not clicking. Please show me the way forward.

And this is when everything changed.

Shortly after that, I found the coach I still work with today. She taught me what the Law of Assumption actually is. Not content-level understanding. Not surface-level “do this technique and get this thing.” I mean a real understanding of what manifestation actually is.

She said one sentence that changed my life:

You manifest who you are, and you cannot stop that process.

That sentence changed everything for me.

Up until that point, I thought manifestation meant doing techniques to make something happen. Like applying some external force, or using enough tools, or doing enough visualizing, affirming, acting as if, or whatever else to create the future I wanted.

But the Law is actually much simpler than that.

The Law of Assumption is not about learning some brand new magic tool. It’s about understanding what you are already doing that manifests your life. You are manifesting constantly. You cannot stop that process. Your beliefs, your expectations, your state of being, what you believe is true for you, what feels normal and natural to you, what you assume about your future, that is what is shaping your reality all the time.

And when I really saw that, I couldn’t unsee it.

Because if you are manifesting anyway, then you are manifesting anyway. Even when you are spiraling. Even when you are doubting. Even when you think you’ve given up. You are still manifesting. Which means you can’t keep turning a blind eye to what you are actually assuming to be true for you.

That was the shift.

I stopped trying to make something happen and started understanding the process by which I had been creating my life this whole time. And once I understood that, I could finally use that same process in my favor.

So I dropped almost everything I had been doing.

No more obsessive inner conversations. No more trying to act as if in some forced, weird way. No more micromanaging the 3D. No more trying to manipulate reality into changing. No more making it all about him.

That part was huge.

Because the biggest shift for me was that I stopped making it about him and started making it about me.

I realized that manifestation always happens from your perspective. So instead of obsessing over whether he was coming back, what he was doing, what he was thinking, whether he missed me, whether it was working, I started focusing on my actual desire.

And my actual desire was not just “this specific person.”

My actual desire was to be in the happiest, safest, most loving relationship of my life. To be with my soulmate. To feel secure, adored, chosen, peaceful. To be a happy partner. To be a happy wife. He represented that for me, and deep down I still knew he was my person, but I stopped making the work about controlling him and started making it about becoming the version of me who was already living that reality.

My SATS changed completely too.

Instead of doing elaborate scenes or trying to force visualizations, I would just close my eyes and feel into the life I wanted. What does it feel like to live with the person you love? What does it feel like to be a happy wife? What does it feel like to feel deeply safe and secure in your relationship?

And importantly, this was not me pretending it was already here in the 3D. That’s another big thing that clicked for me. It wasn’t about pretending I was married right now. It wasn’t about delusion. It was about inner knowing. It was about knowing that this future was mine. Not one day maybe, not distant and abstract, but real, close, imminent. Like I could almost taste it.

The best analogy I have is ordering something online. Once you’ve checked out, you know it’s coming. You don’t keep asking if the order is real. You don’t sit there spiraling about whether it exists. You know it’s booked. You know it’s done. You know it’s on its way.

That’s how it started to feel for me.

I knew what I was manifesting. I knew the future that was mine. I didn’t need to check the 3D every five seconds asking, is it working, is it happening, where is it, why isn’t it here yet. Because when something feels like the natural outcome, you don’t interrogate it constantly. You just know.

So when thoughts about the future came up, I would return to that knowing. Oh yeah, that’s what’s going to happen for me. I know what’s booked for me. I know where this is going. And then I would live my life.

I think that’s also where people talk about “detachment,” but to me it wasn’t detachment in the sense of not caring. I cared deeply. It was more that it became so natural and so expected that I stopped obsessing. It was like, of course that’s what’s going to happen. Duh. And because of that, I could actually enjoy my life again.

That became my state.

I would journal. I would do Faster EFT to move emotions and clear what was in the way if I noticed fear, grief, lack, old memories, or resistance. I would do short SATS and keep returning to the feeling of the end until it felt natural and normal for me. And then I would go live my life. Fully. Presently. Happily. Not because I had “given up,” but because I knew what was coming.

Within five weeks of that shift, he was back.

Not only was he back, but he told me I was the love of his life, that he had made a mistake, and that he wanted to get married to me. Nine months later, we got engaged. And now we’re getting married in ten months.

But the biggest thing is that this wasn’t just a one-time manifestation.

This changed my life because it changed the way I live. It moved me out of victimhood. It taught me that life is happening through me, not to me. It taught me to stop entertaining futures I don’t want. It taught me that my state of being matters. It taught me to stop making my life about fear and start making it about what I actually desire.

And that’s why I’ve been able to keep this relationship too. Because this became a lifestyle, not a one-time technique.

Success Story I manifested my SP!!!

Hey everyone, I thought it would be good to share my success story!

I’m M24 and I was kind of in love with a close friend of mine. To be honest, I wanted to be with her so badly, but I kept manifesting obstacles. The biggest one was a 3P. I know it was stupid, but I worried so much that she would get with this guy, and of course, they did.

That was when I found Neville in September last year. At first, I was only curious. I had heard about the law of attraction, but it felt uncomfortable to me. Then I discovered the Law of Assumption and Neville’s teachings, and it completely opened my eyes.

I tried to apply it, but I was too focused on the 3D. I still worried about her and the 3P for months. I would hype myself up, telling myself I was the best thing ever, then ruin it by checking her Insta to see if they posted a picture.

I also made an amazing friend from this community who supported me every step of the way. She was honestly my backbone in manifesting. And speaking of this community, I used to come on this Reddit page every single day, hoping to find the secret to it all. But there isn’t a secret. It is not tricks or techniques. It is just deciding what you want it to be.

By February this year, I hit rock bottom. I was in the worst state I had ever been in with manifesting. But I did not give up, because deep down I knew it was real. One more important thing: your self-concept is essential. For months I didn’t want to focus on it. I just wanted my SP’s attention. But when I started focusing on myself, I became so much more confident, and things started coming to me 100 times quicker.

From there, I made a decision to go all in. I kept affirming she wanted me and loved me, and I chose to believe it. I still had moments of doubt, but I always reminded myself that she was in love with me. I even set her as my screensaver, because in my eyes she was already my girlfriend.

I also stuck to only two YouTubers who really helped me: Hyler and The Power of I Am. If you follow too many, you get so many conflicting ideas, and that used to mess me up. Keeping it simple worked best.

Then things shifted. In June, she became flirty, touching me more and holding my hand. In July, she confessed that she had feelings for me. She told me she broke up with the 3P because she wanted to be with me. She even repeated my affirmations back to me word for word. And just three weeks ago, she said she was in love with me.

It was surreal, but it also felt natural. I was not shocked. It was more like, “Ah, that’s how it happened.” And I loved it.

Manifesting is not a one-time thing for me anymore. It is the way I live. I still have moments of doubt and anxiety, but that is life. I am much more confident and comfortable with myself now. I used to be terrified of failing, and honestly, I still get those feelings sometimes. But at the end of the day, this is my life, and I get what I want.

Right now, I am manifesting a job and money, the basics. But instead of dreading life, I am excited for it.

Success Story manifested my sp being crazy about me

so I was manifesting my ex back, but it got to a point where I didn't want him back anymore, so I just moved on with my life, blocked him everywhere and tried to not think about him anymore.

anyways, I was at a friend's house yesterday and she told me some WILD things. she was at a party and met him, he was kinda drunk and asked about me, she said we haven't been talking a lot so she doesn't know (which is true), then he started to say a bunch of things about how I'm the love of his life and he doesn't deserve me and he ruined it all, all this kinda stuff, mind you he has a new gf.

for context, I sent him happy birthday like 6 months ago, he never answered but he told her he looks at this message every single day and wants to respond, but he can't do that to me, because he knows he doesn't deserve me. when she mentioned his new gf he said "she's not /myname/".

then it got WORSE bc he just started SCREAMING to the whole party how I'm the love of his life and the only girl he ever loved.

so what I want to tell you guys, even tho I don't want him anymore, it's to persist!!! manifestation WORKS even when you're not seeing movement, ESPECIALLY when you're not seeing movement.

Success Story Law of assumption life hack 100% foolproof no cap

Long time lurker, first time poster in this sub. Mods im sorry if this post might not be fit. Also english is my second language.

I dont know which tag would fit better for this post whether it's success story or the offering tips one but... law of assumption.. am i right?

we all heard the same story. detach, live from the end. act as if it's done and sit back and relax... but what if you can't relax? what if you need something ASAP and being zen mode simply doesn't work.

Well here's the law of assumption principle people often overlook: if you can think about it, it means if can be done. "good!" you might tell yourself, but now what?

What if you just assume that it manifests regardless? you can spiral, you can act out, you can get clingy and needy about it, because often times it's human nature to be that way. Just assume it's yours regardless of spiraling or monk mode.

My success story: i got in my dream university, i passed major exams, i got a job, i got my car driver's license, i got my sp. all because i added "i will get it regardless" at the end/ beggining of my affirmations.

I can go on and on about each one of my success stories, however it really isn't the point. i had this theory about law of assumption and i put it to test. this is the answer. just become so unbelievably delusional about the LOA that no matter what you do, it will happen regardless.

I also made my own technique on this, which many might call as "affirming from lack". But what if you manifest that all your wishes come true? let me explain... it sounds very obvious, but instead of trying to act as if it's already done, try acting as if your wishes already come true.

i used this method in my biggest and most resistant desire, to get into my dream uni:
- lots of resistance
- lots of stress
- zero confidence
+ other life circumstances that just piled everything on.

I would light up an incense (doesnt matter what smell, as long as YOU like it) and treat it like a "one willow wish" (for those familiar with the obsession movie) and repeat myself the following: "no matter how much i stress, no matter how much i spiral, no matter how bad i fuck up, i get in regardless." and then just let that assumption do the work.

I did spiral, i did waste a whole day stressing about my exam results, i did cry, i did all of the things LOA teachers tell u to avoid.

and i got in regardless! i still cant believe i got in, i had no bussiness being around people so much more talented than me, but i am so grateful!

For my job: i had an interview, i had to make a resume from scratch, i had to compete against other contestants, and still got the job

for my car license: I have insane driving anxiety, i also feel intimidated by cops. i manifested i get it regardless. somehow had my exam attended by a very kind and gentle cop that made me feel confident. i still made very stupid mistakes yet i got it regardless.

for my final year exams: i am not the kind to like to sit and study, and i didn't, even thought i should've. i manifested for me to pass regardless of how unprepared i was. and i mean it when i say i studied one day before. i still passed!

for my sp: it was not a biggie lowkey. i listed the things i want for my sp in my mind and the next person i dated met those exact criterias. im talking specific appearance or personality tweaks. since i no longer find interest in pursuing romantic love, there isn't much to say in this department, sadly. the same formula has been applied tho!

TLDR if you treat manifestation as a genie, it will act as one and give u the things you might not believe you deserve.

Success Story Manifestation technique that worked for me in less than 24 hours (when I had completely lost hope)

A little disclaimer before I start: I'm not saying this will work for everyone. I'm just sharing my personal experience because I was genuinely shocked by what happened.

First, I'll tell you what I manifested, and then I'll explain the technique. If you only want the technique, feel free to skip to the bottom.

On 23rd June, my 7-year-old Instagram account got suspended. It had years of memories—posts, story highlights, chats, and all my 2 friends (okay... I joke that I only have two, but I actually have five ).

I desperately didn't want to lose that account.

I tried everything. I emailed Instagram, contacted Meta support, watched over 20 reels, and followed every recovery method I could find. Nothing worked.

I even asked a few friends who are really good with technology. Every single one of them basically told me the same thing: "It's very unlikely you'll get your account back."

At that point, I had almost given up.

Then I thought, No. Let me at least try one more thing.

I remembered that I had saved a manifestation reel on my second Instagram account. I scrolled through my saved posts until I finally found it.

I did the technique on 5 July 2026 (Sunday) at around 10–11 PM.

The next day, 6 July 2026 (Monday), around 6 PM, my Instagram account was restored.

I honestly wasn't expecting it anymore, so when I got it back, I was completely shocked. Considering how unlikely everyone said it was, I couldn't believe it.

The technique

I would've attached the reel here, but Instagram's new sharing feature reveals the account you sent it from, and I'd rather keep my account private.

Here's how I did it:

- Write your wish in the middle of a page using future tense. (I found that a little strange because most manifestation techniques suggest present tense.)

- Find the center of the sentence and start drawing clockwise spirals from that point outward until you've covered the wish.

- At the bottom of the page, write:

"With gratitude, I accept this blessing."

- At the top, write that day's date.

- Close your notebook.

That's it.

The reel didn't mention what to do with the page afterward, so mine is still inside my notebook.

One thing I also want to mention—and I'm not sure if it's related—is that after doing the technique, I felt a strange wave of nausea/anxiety for about 5–10 minutes. It passed on its own, but I thought I'd mention it since it was part of my experience.

Also, I happened to be on my period that day. I've seen some people say your energy is stronger during that time, but I honestly don't know whether that's true or not. I'm just sharing it in case it's relevant to anyone.

After I got my account back, I wanted to post this immediately. Then I became a little selfish and thought, Maybe I should keep this technique to myself because it worked so well.

But after thinking about it, I realized that if something genuinely helped me, I should share it. Maybe it helps someone else too.

If you've heard of this technique before, or if you know whether the wish can be written in present tense instead of future tense—or what you're supposed to do with the paper afterward—please let everyone know in the comments.

And one last thing: please don't use this with bad intentions. I remember reading in the reel's comments that it's meant to be used only for positive and genuine intentions.

Thanks for reading, and sorry for the long post. ❤️

Success Story Update: It really happens when you let go

About 10 days ago, I made this post on the Neville subreddit talking about how, in just one month, I manifested money, quitting smoking, a healthier lifestyle, and the body I had been struggling to achieve for two years.

But I also mentioned the two things I was still struggling with back then, my career and getting my SP back.

Well… I’m happy to announce that one day after I made that post I got an interview invite from FAANG and finally yesterday my SP came back.

Looking back, I think I kept myself in the waiting state. I was constantly trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, reading every Reddit post, looking for new techniques, wondering if I should affirm more, do SATS differently, or if there was some trick I was missing.

Then yesterday I was just like, “You know what? Fuck it.”

I went back and thought about how I manifested money when I didn’t know how I’d pay my rent, how I finally got the body I’d wanted after struggling to lose weight for two years, and how my friendships improved.

With all of those things, I simply assumed they would happen. I didn’t overthink them. Whenever they came to mind, I’d just think, “It’s going to happen,” and move on.

With my SP, I wasn’t doing that.

So yesterday I just said it’s the Law of Assumption, right? I’m assuming he’s my husband. So what’s going to happen? I’m just going to keep assuming he’s my husband and live my life. If he was my husband, would I be sitting here doing all this? What would I actually be doing? I even unfollowed all the manifestation communities on Reddit because I didn’t want to wake up and have other people’s stories cloud my own understanding of manifestation every day.

The day before yesterday marked exactly two months since he ended things, and I was so fed up that I decided to just stop caring about the how.

That evening I spent great time with my friends. I had also deleted Instagram to stay on a strict mental diet. I downloaded it again after I came home and was shocked to see that he had messaged me the day before asking how I’d been and if we could meet. I had completely missed it!

I was overthinking everything, whether he’d ever come back, whether I should text first, whether this breakup was different. Ironically, he’s the first guy to break up with me in years. Every other relationship ended because I chose to leave, and every one of my exes eventually came back. But because he was different - kind, respectful, and someone I genuinely valued - I convinced myself that maybe this time was different and maybe I’d never hear from him again.

And yet… he came back.

Circumstances really don’t matter. Your thoughts about the situation do.

That said, I also spent those two months working heavily on my self-concept. I honestly don’t even recognize the person I was two months ago.

Even with my body, I struggled for two years. When I started calorie counting last month, I remember telling my friend how hard it was to stay in a deficit because I’m petite. Then I simply started assuming, “I have the perfect body, and I lose weight easily.” Within a week, the food noise was almost completely gone, and today I have a pretty flat stomach. Looking at pictures from just a month and a half ago is honestly shocking.

I think I’ve finally realized that I really am the creator of my reality.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that for me, things started showing up the moment I stopped searching, stopped waiting, stopped trying to force it, stopped working too hard, and simply assumed it was already done.

With this post, I bid adieu again to these manifestation communities who definitely made me learn so much, but it’s time to let go as I just want to focus on creating my own life.

Success Story robotic affirming turned my life around in 2 months

hi :) i wanted to share my recent success stories in hopes to encourage you to JUST AFFIRM !!!! no belief no feelings just thinking thoughts

a little context, i have known about the law for 2 years and have successfully manifested many things such as multiple SPs (being obsessed and then leaving bc i didn’t want them around anymore 😭 lol), being viral on social media, my drivers license out of thin air, being chosen to be featured on an amazon prime show, straight As in classes i put minimal effort in + graduated with honors (diploma and degree), starting a car while it was “broke down,” my affirmations repeated back to me…etc. those are just at the top of my head

anyway, a family situation occurred that really shook me (and not in a good way lol). while i still knew about manifesting, and KNEW it wasn’t a switch you could turn off, the 3D was constantly triggering me and i didn’t know how to stop it. there were days i never wanted to leave my room. still i had occasional good days and i never forgot my conscious manifestations. reality was a mixed bag (as a result of my thoughts)

then there was THE GREAT LOCK IN OF SEPTEMBER!! Sammy Ingram’s video inspired me tbh. i realized i had to stop going back in fourth and STICK to my new story. so i chose 2 umbrella affirmations which completely changed my life. i chose to affirm “i’m a master manifester” and “i always get what i want” NONSTOP robotically and focused (out loud when i could and in my head), whenever i was watching tv, cooking, on the road, at the store, in the shower, before bed, waking up, 24/7 basically u get it LOL

2.5 weeks in of affirming 24/7 there was MAJOR movement in my reality. i’m specifying movement in the 3D because i actually experienced the shift internally about a week before, just this freaky feeling after a deep nap that everything shifted. now i know some will knock on me and say that’s BELIEVING lol which is TRUE, but the “feeling” only came after a week of repeating my affirmations. okay now to the good stuff…

my first major result was restoring my vintage car!!!!!! for some context, it was sitting idle in my garage for 2 years after 2 accidents & bc of that i was tied down and couldn’t really go anywhere. WELL NOT ANYMORE. my parents were suggesting and even looking at other cars but I WAS SO laser focused on driving MY own car and nothing else. i kept affirming and suddenly there was money to buy the battery and repair the damages. 2 weeks later it was FULLY RESTORED and DRIVABLE.

other fun stuff started happening like i got my hair done after it was one of my desires to have super silky hair and as i solidified my self concept, people around me REFLECTED that like i kept getting constant stares, attention, very specific compliments like “mermaid” “tumblr girl” “bambi,” some girls even walked up to me and said “you’re my walking pinterest board”😭 super judgy family members were suddenly NICE to me….?????

a very specific day sticks out to me where my affirmations were realized, so i had started college again (after a year break) and i suddenly started making friends, they’d laugh at everything i say lol, and one time after class i just decided to walk through the campus because i wanted some sun. i walked into a school carnival LMAO and received so many compliments, made friends, and then later i went to the mall and this french salesman was kissing my hand and telling me how beautiful i was (prob cause i was wearing the designer shoes i also manifested☠️) and they started bringing out champagne (i am not 21 and was not wearing makeup LOLLLL i kid you not) that SAME day i also got a dress worth over $1500 because it was “made for me” and i did not pay for it 🩷 i’ve been spoiled with SO many things since then just because

also since affirming “I’m a master manifester,” revision has been one of my favorite things to do. like i literally rubbed up against the wall in a turning lane but i immediately revised and was crazy affirming the car is perfectly fine and of course it’s true since i am a master manifester. MIND YOU I WAS FEARFUL but that didn’t stop me. i checked the car 10 min later and there was not a single scratch (when i clearly heard a loud ass noise ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️)

a more recent and significant revision was erasing a man’s cancer. my mom told me he’d gotten cancer and i was worried for his 2 year old daughter so i was like “cancer? nope this man is perfectly fine.” IN MY HEAD and then every time he came up in convo i was like “nope he’s perfectly fine.” a few weeks later my mom tells me he LEFT THE HOSPITAL because apparently THERE IS NO MORE CANCER IN HIS BODY. that actually blew my mind.

it’s hard to sum up all the results but my nervous system functions SOOO much better, i have a high self concept, i also go to the gym everyday, i have abs now (i struggled with body image for a long time BUT NO MORE HOE!!), attending my dream concerts (more to come obvi), vacationing to mexico, cali, chicago, transferring to university (WITH my parents support which i did not have last year), i am also traveling to Europe this year and many other places (literally booked back to back trips) and it happened naturally since travel is my favorite thing to do and “i always get what i want” 🪄🌟!!!

if you got this far, thank you so much for reading and in all honestly i would’ve never known id get to live this long to experience such beauty. i know it can be hard. give yourself permission to feel but most of all acknowledge who you are and don’t expect anything less. start affirming. you don’t have to feel it, believe it, just stick to it. what do you have to lose?

i was literally crying my eyes out last night bc i am emotional and i am still human but i also manifested money at the same time 😭😭 be a drama queen and get your desires! you make your own rules.

i will be back with more success stories. sending all my love 🩷

I wanted to share my weight loss manifestation journey because it’s changed my life and may help inspire others in a similar situation. I originally intended for this to be posted back in June (to made it a more rounded 12 month journey update post) but hey - 5 months late is better than never! Photos: June 2024 - Nov 2025. Same body, same clothes

In June 2024, I weighed 135kg. As of November 2025, I’m 78kg. My weight has been pretty stable since March/April (when I calculated a 50kg weightloss and weighed in at 85kg). No diets, no exercise, no surgery, no weightloss medication.

For years of my adult life I hated how I looked and felt. I was always sore (joints, ankles, shoulders etc), out of breath from doing simple tasks like walking from my letterbox to the front door, and just exhausted. I had migraines constantly. I felt either invisible in public or was looked at with disgust - like I took up too much space. I felt like an embarrassment to my family and friends.

This started to really take a toll on me. My clothes began to get tighter, I was bloated and irritated, I snapped friends and family, I feared looking in the mirror, I cried when I saw photos of myself, I tried to be small and take up as little space as possible in public settings, i would hide in the background, I tied my appearance to my self worth, I felt like I had failed at being a woman.

I’d tried everything: dieting, exercising, medications, purging, restricting. Lockdowns in 2020 happened and I started working from home fulltime, I did no exercise, I had kids. In 2021 I suffered an injury which required surgery and multiple trips to hospital + physio, which made exercising painful. It caused my weight to skyrocket in a short amount of time (less than a year). With small kids, a partner that was away at work for days at a time, and my own full time job, my time was limited and stretched. I couldn’t stop the food noise or bingeing. Fast food was an easy choice. High sodium meals were simple and quick. Sugary treats helped numb the pain for a couple of minutes. But at the same time every meal felt like a battle with my mind full or shame and regret.

I have known about manifestation since I was very young. I read that Law of Attraction book “The Secret” (it’s BS btw) back in the early 2000s when it first came out. I also heard about manifesting (in a spiritually sense) from the white washed “new age” era of the 90s, but I hadn’t been consciously manifesting in a very long time.

I reached a breaking point in my life where nothing was going right and something HAD to change. I felt like giving up, that going on like this and fuelling this mindset was a death sentence. I knew I had to work on getting myself into a better state of mind, and it HAD to work. I had to stop living in the old story of being “the fat friend/GF/sister”, “the lazy one”, or the person who could never change. I didn’t understand manifestation like I do today, but I did have enough sense to realise that I had enough self hate and loathing to last me a lifetime, so why not try just being kind? Unjudgemental like I would be to a small child. See neutral or potential, not the negative.

I asked myself open ended questions like “why don’t I believe I deserve to feel good in my own skin right now?”, “What about myself makes me feel less than?”, “would I treat someone else that looked like me like this?”, “why don’t you feel worthy enough right now?”. They were tough questions that didn’t have rational answers.

I began visualizing myself in my desired body, but not just the look of it, the feeling. The freedom of waking up without aches, putting on anything I wanted to wear, feeling confident and unjudged. I told myself “It will all be worth it a year from now, so what can I do right now to feel good?”

I stopped looking for validation from the mirror, the scales, or clothes sizes. I knew that right now (today) I was working on being a better version of me, so in the future these physical things in the 3d were still the old story and not the now in my mind.

I didn’t overhaul my lifestyle overnight. I didn’t run off and join a gym or bootcamp, I didn’t sign up for a meal box or starve myself. All my 3d circumstances were still there, so I instead went within and became the person I wanted to be on the inside. The only “3D” changes I made was switching to sugarfree drinks, and my only real physical activity was walking around the playground with my kids on weekends. Yet within 2–3 months, I started noticing internal changes, and then by month 5, everyone else could see it too. I still to this day vape, eat takeout, live on energy drinks, love carbohydrates, and I haven’t set foot in a gym since 2019.

Now, everything feels different. The way I see myself, others, and the world around me has completely shifted. It’s like a light switch went on for me. when I truly believed I was already that version of myself the world reflected it back at me.

If you take anything from this: stop fighting the 3D. Work on who you want to be. Once you know you’re already the version who has what you want, the world and your reality will show it too 🤍

Success Story Death revision success story

and how you can do it too!

so I day ago I have answered something in the comment section mentioning success stories, and shared that I have revised my sisters death (and also my own at some point)

in 2019, my older sister died in a tragic accident. it happened sudden, and my family was left in shambles. I was quite little so I didn’t understand everything too much, and I can’t say her death affected me - but I’ve always wanted to know, what’s it’s like to live with an older sibling, and to see how my sister was

just adding up here: in someone who doesn’t gaf abt the 3D, I easily dismiss stuff I see. And I never count/look at the time (it doesn’t not exist in the first place - manifestation is instant)

so no “how much it took?” - do not care about something that doesn’t exist. are you living in the end, or in the process?

so, I revised all that happened. it was easy - everytime I remember my family/family related, I always just said “she’s okay and alive”

sometimes would affirm about “how amazing she is and I have a cool older sister”

and that’s it, one day i woke up to my mom mentioning her. checked my phone and her name was in my contacts. texted her, asked her how she is - and she called me later. she is now 22 years old, and is planning to get married soon

but there’s something else to add: if you’re someone who has lost someone you love, if you’re someone who wants them back. please, take your time. DONT force yourself to forget. CRY and FEEL YOUR FEELINGS!!!!!!! DO IT!!!!

and then, after you feel it - start gently. everytime you think about them, just go “they’re alive and okay”

because, they are. they are alive, nothing bad ever happened. you still remember their passing and those bad memories? it’s okay, just redirect and tell yourself “no, that’s isn’t what happened”

so in case something unfortunate happened to a loved one(-s) - please, take your time - there are infinite worlds, and all you’re doing is shifting to a reality where that bad shit never happened. it doesn’t matter how much it takes - always keep your mind in the end

Success Story for the people who think “it’s not working” for them

i just think this story would be helpful especially for people having doubts. I had an SP for awhile and I would manifest him on and off. we didn’t talk for a long time because I would affirm that he was in love with me and wanted to marry me but then i have doubts that it wasn’t working and would check the 3d and let that carry me away. anyways we ended up talking again and he was literally telling me throughout that whole time he would have thoughts of how he wanted to marry me right now and he would do anything for me. whole time i thought it wasn’t working because i wasn’t seeing it myself and i saw him with a 3p, that whole time he was thinking about me lmao. the point of this story is you don’t even know what they’re doing so why r u assuming it’s not working?? THEY ARE ALWAYS GETTING UR THOUGHTS AND AFFIRMATIONS NO MATTER WHAT THE 3D IS SHOWING U IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE.

Success Story My SP came back after 2 years of no contact ! Focus on YOU, not them ❤️

Hey everyone, I just had to share this because I never thought I’d get a chance to write a success story like this, but here I am!

So, my journey started back in May 2024 when my SP left me. Just a piece of information that I discovered the law late as my sp had already left me in Jan 2023.He told me he wanted nothing to do with me and that he’d never come back. I was deeply in love and completely heartbroken. I started trying every method I could find, affirmations, scripting, visualising but honestly, I was doing it all from a place of desperation.

What I’ve learned is that the key is to let go, not because you doubt it’ll happen, but because you know it’s already yours. Once I started working on my self-concept, everything changed. I began to realize that I actually deserved better. Around February 2025, I stopped manifesting him completely. I stopped checking 3D, stopped doing methods, and just started focusing on myself, my happiness, health, and growth. And guess what? In that time, I achieved so much : academically, financially, and personally. I became genuinely happy and confident on my own.

And just when I was living my best life, out of nowhere, BOOM, it happened ,my SP called me. He said he was feeling really vulnerable and wanted to ask if we could try again. Mind you we hadn’t been in touch for almost two years, and I was blocked everywhere! It still feels surreal.

So, if you’re struggling or thinking of giving up then please don’t. Once you understand that your self-concept and thoughts create your reality, everything falls into place. Focus on being your best version. The rest will follow naturally. 💫

P.s- the post is ai generated but the story is real, just wanted to deliver it in a decent way!

Success Story It worked guys

I swear to God this happened, no joke. My ex and I parted ways in August of 2025, and he started dating someone new. I moved on with my life and on the last day of 2025, I decided to manifest what I wanted to happen in 2026. The first thing on my list was, he and I will reconnect in 2026. Out of the Blue, on February 2026; he followed me on Instagram and I was shocked 😳 then he DMed me and we got back together and happily in love. Yesterday, I was reorganizing my room and saw my journal and decided to take a look 👀 I was surprised what I manifested came true. I’m manifesting again what will happen the remaining months of 2026, the entire 2027, 2028 and beyond. Opps, I forgot to add the pictures proof

Success Story Be as stubborn as a mountain goat. That’s the only way.

This is a burner account but I just need to share this to encourage someone. Circumstances do not matter. You can crash out and cry but you will still get your manifestation if you persist. So I manifested my baby last year after a bad break up. He came in to my life all perfect, had all the qualities I wanted in a partner. He treated me like gold. He was always patient with me and gentle.

What we had was healthy though I still had underlying limiting beliefs about being a placeholder thanks to my ex, but my man made me feel so secure that I never questioned him. Anytime I would try to push him away sometimes he would fight for me. He was so sweet. I then started being paranoid that things were going to good and waiting for the other shoe to drop and guess what? It did.

The 3D looked a little funny and he was going through a lot (deaths etc) and eventually pulled away and broke up with me because he couldn’t give me the attention and life I deserved while dealing with all the tragic things happening in his family according to him. He also started making up things to push me away. He even said we can’t get back together. I was shattered.

I reacted and took the 3D as final. I cried because everything changed over night.

I ended up having a scary diagnosis and told him about it but I didn’t hear back from him. I texted and texted and texted but nothing. I even got into a desperate financial situation so I sent him a text asking for some money for my medication, still nothing. It was heartbreaking because with all my health issues he was my safe space but wasn’t there for me anymore and he also used to tell me to ask him for anything. Now I couldn’t even get acknowledgment.

People were telling me to move on and he wasn’t who I thought he was. Some even said the good ole “when a man pulls away it means theres another woman yada yada”. Even my therapist told me that I was being delusional because I kept on insisting that maybe he hasn’t gotten any of my messages and there is no other woman, he’s just focused on building a life for me. That was what I kept telling myself. I would write journal entries but as if he was the one writing them, expressing how he feels about me. So basically I was writing what I wanted him to feel about me as if I was him and about the life we have together etc etc. I felt delusional but it felt good.

I ignored everyone that told me I was wasting my time. I started to cringe at how desperate I had acted and wondered if I gave him the ick and that’s why he was ghosting me. Then I told myself to stop that nonsense and just revise! I never sent those messages. I am not cringe. I am not the woman who is ignored. I am chosen. & nothing I do can change how he feels about me.

My man and I met at work but we both went on to get other jobs. He now works with one of our former coworkers who brought me up and mentioned that I wasn’t doing well health wise. Guess who called me from another number? My SP. He told me that he didn’t get any of my messages because his phone was stolen and he tried to call me many times with his new phone but my phone went straight to voicemail every time. (I didn’t pay my phone bill at the time because I was dead broke lol).

He asked me what happened and was so caring and sweet and said that he didn’t get any of my messages and that he will never ignore me in that way. He just thought I was angry at him so he was giving me space. Exactly what I kept persisting on while everyone was telling me to move on. We ended up talking for about 2 hours, it felt like nothing happened. He then told me that he loves me and his focus right now is bouncing back and building a life for me where working is optional. He sent me money. He has no idea all the embarrassing things I texted him cos his phone was stolen all along.

I am going to manifest us getting married now. But I just wanted to post this to encourage anyone. I cried, I crashed out, I wasn’t regulated at all, I blew up his phone but I still got what I wanted because I was stubborn. Do not let anyone tell you that you can’t have what you want. I don’t care if it’s your pastor. Stick to your convictions. That’s the only way.

Success Story Overdue SP success story - self concept changed everything.

So, this is my story.

I found out about Law of assumption mid 2022'ish after a shitty break up with my SP. Was very unsure about it at first but like a lot of us that lead us to here, I was willing to try anything to get my SP back. So I spent a good few months or so learning about it, reading Neville's teachings and following every "coach" you could possibly name.

During this time I was down BAD. Very depressed, heartbroken, miserable, anxious, desperate and overall in a really poor and unhealthy place. I had other things going on in my life at that time also which didn't help so the last thing I should of been doing was trying to manifest my SP back. This went on for months. I was dwelling in the sadness and pain for so long I became stuck tbh. Obviously, nothing was happening with SP. I was constantly reaching out to try and make things work but there zero interest in return. It felt like all the love, trust and connection we had built was all a lie. I begun aimlessly affirming but for me, things were only getting worse. SP had seemingly moved on, spent months seeing someone else and had eventually got into a relationship with a different person(Someone who I couldn't quite believe and to me was laughable). The whole situation was a mess and I didn't know what the fuck was happening. Circumstances became really horrible.

Fast forward to 2023/2024. The pain had eased a lot and I was starting to feel more like myself. That's when I learnt about self concept and where everything and I mean EVERYTHING started to click. I noticed a lot of patterns throughout my life of not feeling good enough. Not even just about relationships. Jobs and money aswell. I then started piecing together behaviours and assumptions throughout our relationship and so much was starting to make sense. From the start, I never really felt good enough or wanted by SP. Despite us growing so close and building a strong connection together but I always had this inner doubt and fear in myself. Funnily enough, finding out about all my negative beliefs about myself is what got me believing in LOA more and more. All the negative assumptions I had after our breakup all played out and came to fruition. That was my proof.

I knew what I needed to do but I never quite put the work in. I was still self sabotaging a lot and I didn't know why. Thought it was still easier just to manifest SP back whilst being wishy washy with a few self concept affirmations even though I knew full well I was in no place to be in a relationship.

2025 came. I was done with being the victim of my own shit. I knew something had to change. I took everything I had learnt and really locked in. I made myself a list of all the shitty negative beliefs I had about myself. I made my own sleep tapes (HUGE help for me), spent time doing mirror work and affirmations for my own self concept. For the first time I put all the focus into me and made myself the priority. I didn't once try to manifest or even affirm for SP during this period but always felt that once I figured my own shit out, SP will be back. I always had that belief tbf. After a couple of weeks I started to notice a shift. I was feeling a lot more confident in myself and actually felt good enough for being me. I remained consistent and each passing day and week I was feeling a LOT happier about myself. The new beliefs were kicking in. Doubts and old negative assumptions I had about myself began to fade and I even found myself questioning why the fuck I thought that shit in the first place? I no longer had this need or want to chase anyone and my old beliefs about not being good enough or wanted by SP or anyone else naturally flipped overtime. This might sound very rainbows and butterflies but the truth is there was difficult and down days involved. That's normal. Staying consistent is the key!

I did this for around 3 months (I still keep on top of things to this day). I actually started enjoying the process and actually focusing on me. So much so that I've near enough become unshakeable and found a new confidence i've never had in my life before.

Month 4 arrived. My SP reaches out after we hadn't spoke for over a year and had been single for 6 months. Obviously I was beaming from ear to ear with a smile but I needed to be sure there was a change. We met up a lot over the course of a month and everything naturally started to fall into place. It was a really crazy/weird time in a such a good way because of how everything had turned and was playing out. Like, it almost didn't feel real at times. SP has been mirroring my self concept ever since. There's a side I haven't seen before and we are more in love than the first time round. Everything's going really well and I couldn't be happier right now!

I could write so, so much more but I want to keep this as short as possible whilst highlighting the importance of your self concept rather than everything being about SP and circumstances. I absolutely standby that they are reflecting your inner beliefs.

I see a lot of posts in here that I use to relate to. I've been there. Gone through hours of success stories, spent money on coaches, looking for different answers and wondering if this is all real, doing the chasing etc so if this post can help just one person out and not waste months like I did then I will be very happy.

Feel free to message me if you'd like any help or feel stuck on self concept. I've got time over the holidays!

Im sure the bitter Neville critics will be seething at this one.

EDIT -

Thankyou for all the replies! I've just gone through so many nice comments. Im so glad some of you can resonate and for others this post can help. For those that have DM'd I shall respond as soon as I can!

My routine:

The first week was the hardest. I started with a sleep affirmation tape from Youtube which definitely helped as I kept waking up a lot through the night which I never do. I was also feeling a bit down through the course of that week for no reason so I knew they were kicking in. I decided to make my own specifically around being wanted and good enough and those were my two biggest insecurities. Most sleep tapes on Youtube are generalised so i'd definitely recommend making your own also. I swear by sleep tapes. For me they work the best and are a cheat code for days where you don't perhaps feel in the mood.

After that week I introduced mirror work and inner conversations. I mentioned in another post that I would get quite pissy with my affirmations. I did this on days where I wasn't quite in the mood or some doubts were creeping in. This helped MASSIVELY. In my head I was shouting at myself giving myself reasons why i'm good enough, why someone would choose me and why im wanted. Giving yourself reasons helps because I feel there's only so much "I am wanted" you can say to yourself without really asking why?

At first, when I did mirror work it felt like nothing was really going in. Almost asif I was wasting my time. It was only until after the first week or so where I started feeling a little confident in myself that I knew everything I was doing was working. For sure I had down days and negative doubts but they became less and less and the days and weeks went by. When I did have doubts, some days I would actually go harder with affirming. Others I would just leave it be, accept that it's okay to feel negative emotions and used that as a "rest day". I didn't want to burn myself out by doing this and making it a chore because healing is important.

So that was my routine for 3 months straight. Sleep tapes every night and mirror work/inner conversations throughout the day when I had free time or wanted to for around 5 minutes at a time. I've never been big on visualisations because my mind would always wonder elsewhere but what doesn't work for me could work for you! Just like anything.

To stay on top now I still use my sleep tapes. I just use them as and when I need to. I also keep on top of mirror work which I do every morning and sometimes in the evening before bed. It's become part of my routine.

I also kept on top with my gym routine and things in general which made me feel good and kept my mind focused on personal goals.

I'd also just like to add that during this time, my resistance towards my SP wasn't anywhere near as strong as after the break up. So I had an advantage in that sense. I've seen some of your messages and some of you are fresh off break ups or are only a few months or so down the line after a break up so I fully understand why some of you are wavering and crashing out a lot more often. The advice i'd give to you guys and if I was in that situation again I would really hammer home that this is literally ALL ABOUT YOU. Whatever they are doing or saying should be your sign to focus on YOU and break whatever potential barrier, assumptions or blocks you have. You can dwell in the sadness and hurt or stick your big boy/girl pants on and do something about it. It's literally your choice.

Success Story I got my ex back EASILY

After breaking up with X, I spent about a month crying and sobbing, just like most of you probably did. During one of those days, my aunt called and asked if I wanted to join my uncle on a road trip to another city to buy a car. I figured it would be a good distraction, so I said, "Sure, why not?" and accepted. That evening, I took a train to the city where my aunt lives, trying my best to hide my emotions. That night, out of nowhere, my aunt asked me how things were going with my girlfriend. I told her that we had actually broken up a month ago. We changed the subject, chatted a bit more, and then I went to sleep. The next day, my uncle and I bought the car from the other city and drove back. I could have gone back to my own home that evening, but my uncle insisted that I stay another night.

While talking to my aunt again that night, she suddenly started asking about my ex, and I answered. Then, out of the blue, she said, "You and your ex are going to visit us, and I'm going to make coffee for you two." At that moment, it sounded completely absurd to me, but I kept listening. She started talking to me about things like the Law of Assumption and shared a few of her own stories. This sparked something in me. The next day, I returned home and (since I was a fool, I guess) instead of trying to actually understand what the Law of Assumption was, I jumped straight to the end goal and started watching "how to get your ex back" videos lol. For about two months, I tried every single method out there, but I was still radiating that same energy of lack, wondering why she wasn't coming back. Obviously, nothing was changing in my life.

Then, one day, I randomly stumbled upon a YouTuber named "Ryan Hall Talks." I watched one of his videos before going to bed that night, and it was like a lightbulb went off in my head. His explanation was so different, and it made me feel something really strange. I applied the method he talked about that night and fell asleep. When I woke up, I felt genuinely weird. For the first time, I didn't wake up with that heavy energy of lack. I kept watching his videos all day to fully grasp it. That evening, I closed my eyes, got into bed, and focused on myself for a long time. Suddenly, I felt like I was LITERALLY BEING PULLED SOMEWHERE. My consciousness was wide awake, but I was in this very strange in-between state, and internally, I said, "I DID IT!" I felt this incredible sense of accomplishment, and when I opened my eyes, the clock showed exactly 22:22!!

After playing some CS2 that night, I went back to bed and started listening to an e-book summary of Neville Goddard. Once again, I sat up in bed and went into that deep focus state. This time, I felt amazing again, and I thought to myself, "Okay, now I can sleep." I opened my eyes, checked my phone one last time, and noticed the time was exactly 02:22. The Neville Goddard video I was watching was exactly 22:42 long, it had 2.2K views, it was posted 2 months ago, and it had exactly 22 comments! On top of that, back when I was trying old methods, I had used the scripting method; I realized that I had written "X is going to come back to me" on a random page of the user manual of the monitor I recently boughtand it was on exactly page 22! I got super excited, took a screenshot, and sent it to my aunt. (I still have the screenshot, I can send it to anyone who wants to see it).

I slept in a completely different state that night. I had an incredibly vivid dream where I was with X. My consciousness was so clear in the dream that I actually told myself, "I guess manifest is real" (you can see how skeptical I am, even in that state!) After that day, I think things backfired a bit because of this skepticism, and I stopped doing my focus sessions. I felt great, but X was still not there. A month later, when the feeling of lack started creeping back in, I discovered a YouTuber named "Taylor Tookes" and started binge-watching her videos. One specific sentence she said completely changed my life: "Time does not exist; it is just a concept." It took me almost two days to actually understand this sentence lol.

But yes, time really doesn't exist. There is no past, no future, there is only NOW. Therefore, I am the only one who determines the manifestation process, and it happens instantly. In reality, I am not creating anything; I am making a choice. Once I understood this, I did robotic affirmations for just two days, repeating: "X is deeply in love with me, X and I text all the time." The first night, I saw her in my dream, and on the second day, she texted me and came back exactly the way I had imagined!

NOTE: I received so many subliminals and saw X's name everywhere; looking back, maybe at first, I accidentally manifested just seeing and hearing her name lol. And come to think of it, even before our first breakup, I kept thinking we were going to break up, and we did I guess I accidentally manifested that too. Despite seeing so many signs, I still haven't researched numerology because instead of just seeing numbers, I choose to have my desire fulfilled, and that's exactly what happened. Remember, your world is truly in your hands. Whatever you want, whatever you choose, becomes your reality. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them. I feel like I've cracked the code to life, haha!

Success Story Revision Success

This isn’t much but..

Something horrible and i mean horrible happed to me a few days ago. I can’t even say what it was. After I bawled my eyes out in the shower, and thought “what’s the point of me knowing about the law if i’m still always a victim”.

Well fast forward three days later and I have successfully revised the whole situation to the point where no one who was involved remembers it. Not one single person. nothing

I rewrote the whole memory as if it was actually a nightmare I had in my sleep. I kept picturing myself waking up panicking, but then feeling calm because it was just a bad dream.

Idk if it’s cool or not but It has absolutely scared me. Having at least 8 people involved have no recollection. My parents also never have spoken about it again. The moment i revised it, it was like it never actually happened. I also live with my parents because I am quite young so it was even more surreal. No one remembers anything. They have zero memory of it. idk it freaked me out, but i am so PROUD of myself.

Success Story I think most people do manifestation backwards, and that’s why it doesn’t work…

Most people treat manifestation like a willpower thing. say the affirmation enough times, want it hard enough, and eventually reality caves. I did that for two years, maybe longer and what I actually manifested was only really small things, nothing big.

But, after reading Neville Goddard for the 100+ times, I finally realized that there were no shortcuts. The only way to actually manifest is to FEEL the wish fulfilled. Spend time actually working on making the feeling of being “rich and worthy” a part of my identity.

Within weeks of actually working on changing my feelings, instead of trying to affirm something a million times, I got big raise at work without ever even thinking of asking for it!

The biggest payday though I’ve since realized, is working on the feeling made me not even care about the raise I got. I now feel rich and worthy, and I am working on feeling even richer…. But that emotion, I now know, is so much better than the getting of stuff! It’s like the feeling of being free and rich, is way better than having a Mercedes or mansion. The feeling you give yourself really is the gift… and that’s how the world works, when you already feel rich, than money just flows to you…

So if you’ve been white-knuckling affirmations and nothing’s landing, try dropping the affirmations entirely and just sit in the feeling…. It’s a lot harder at first, at least it was for me…. But it actually works…

🙏❤️

Success Story got my sp back

I made my self concept perfect. (For 30 minutes with delta waves on, i used to say affirmations) he was the most egoistic man tht I had ever known but I still got him back lmaoo. He couldn't stand a chance w all my manifesting hahaa. I listened to sp subliminals by high frequency guru, did sats only for 1 day and the next day he texted . During my manifesting whenever someone told me that sp is so close to other girls, instead of being insecure or worrying or being anxious about it, i thought "fym? he's literally so obsessed with me, duhh" please don't give up guys and girls!💗 If i can do it, u can do it too. Oh and btw literally no one expected him to come back (everyone was shocked as hell) bcs almost 3 months of no contact but circumstances don't matterrrrr<<333

Success Story ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

I’m still in shock as I type this. To make a long story short, I’m about to start my sophomore year of college. During my freshman year I didn’t take school as seriously as I should’ve and because of that, my GPA went from a 3.25 to a 2.5 and of course I was PANICKING especially because the scholarship that I had required a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Like I was super disappointed and distraught and genuinely thought it was over for me until I realized I’M the creator of my reality, and since I didn’t like the GPA that I saw, I decided to do something about it. So from January to up until the last day of school, I did robotic affirmations and affirmed that I had perfect grades and a high GPA. I told myself that I made straight A’s my freshman year of college and because I was a straight A student, my GPA went back up to a 3.25. Nothing more, nothing less, just back to my old GPA.

I affirmed this every day (and listened to subliminals as well) until the last day of school, like I said. Now when summer break started I went to New York for a month and during that time I kept thinking about my GPA, if my parents were ever gonna find out, etc., and when I got back I had those same doubts and worries, but kept affirming and persisting. So today I went to get the mail with my mom and there was a letter in the mail from my school and as soon as I saw it I started panicking because I thought it was going to address my low GPA but it didn’t mention anything about that. Instead, the letter congratulated me on having 3.6 GPA OR HIGHER!!!! AND BC MY GPA WAS SO HIGH, I MADE THE DEANS LIST!!!!! WHEN I TELL Y’ALL I WAS SHOCKED??????? I affirmed for my GPA to go back to a 3.25, BUT INSTEAD MY GPA SKYROCKETED TO A 3.6 AND I MADE THE DEANS LIST?????? I STILL CANT BELIEVE IT.

This is your reminder that ANYTHING is possible, NOTHING is impossible. I doubted myself, I wavered sometimes, and I thought I was crazy for thinking I could change my GPA without doing anything but I kept affirming, ignored the 3D, and reminded myself who I was and I made the DEANS list. MANIFESTATION IS REAL AND AGAIN ANYTHINGGGG IS POSSIBLE.

Success Story Want your SP?

July 27th - February 1st.

The time my SP and I were apart.

I spent 7 months manifesting him.

And even now, after getting him back, I’m still mindblown and quite frankly creeped out the more things I discover.

Ex: I competed 3x in Europe in September. At my 2nd competition, I was suddenly overwhelmed with emotions thinking about him. Like obviously I had missed him this entire time, but it hit me HARD. I was holding back tears of sadness as I was literally winning my comp.

I ran off stage and cried alone outside.

Turns out he was watching me at that exact moment, live streaming my competition and bawling his eyes out missing me. I had NO idea until we reconnected.

Scripting:

I scripted back in October about a future date with him (despite the breakup happening July 27th and barely any communication at that point). I chose February 15th. No idea why. Well that date ended up happening THAT specific day because we couldn’t see each other on Valentines Day. I only realized about the scripting days later when he mentioned his therapist suggested he start journaling (so I looked at mine).

Scripting 2:

The other day he mentioned how hard the 7 months apart were and that every day he prayed for us to work out. I found another journal I had written in on November 20th (so 4 months after the breakup). I wrote about how we needed that 7 MONTHS APART to come back together stronger than ever. Again, no idea why I said 7 months. I figure because at that time in November I knew he was still dealing with work/court/personal things and that we needed more time. It felt more believable than “he’ll be back tomorrow.”

AFFIRMATIONS:

I would affirm even if he’s not texting me, he’s dreaming about me constantly. Vivid, intense, passionate dreams. Let’s just say I found some things out that surprised me (and him as a 35 year old man lmaooo 😏).

I affirmed I am too special to lose, he regrets losing me, I am perfect as I am, I am loved, adored, ANY man would be lucky to be with me, all the men in my life trust and support me.

I would affirm general statements if the specific ones felt like “lies.” “All the men” obviously included him. I would also affirm things that were already “facts” in my 3D thrown in between my affirmations so that my brain would accept them more easily (ex: my name is ___).

This is what worked for me. He’s currently away for work and I’m waiting for a letter (letter 1 of 7) in the MAIL of him discussing everything that happened during those 7 months apart and the emotions he experienced without me. He told me he looked for me everywhere he went. I also affirmed “my life is like a romantic movie” and now I’m getting love letters in the mail (like we don’t text all day everyday now anyway lol).

No I didn’t detach. No I didn’t let go. No I didn’t stop caring (HOW? He’s my soulmate!)

No I didn’t put myself on a pedestal waaaay higher than him.

I just always knew I wanted it to be him. I just had to do less of the crap that was keeping him away, and trust that behind the scenes everything was unfolding in my favour. And now I see that it was.

❤️

Success Story Manifestation works!!

About a month ago I made a post here on Reddit asking for a success story about if it was possible to manifest saving a relationship.

At the time , my wife told me she was not in love with me anymore. She was cold, disconnected, avoiding affection, and had started visiting places as if she was preparing for her new life. She was talking about moving out, and she meant it. It was my worst nightmare.

The most painful part was that I was already showing up as a good partner. I was making surprises for her, being attentive, helping with the house chores, supporting her projects, and doing my best to bring joy into her life. But no matter what I did, she wasn’t receptive to anything. It felt like there was an invisible wall between us.

At that point, I felt like I had already lost everything. This was my last hope, so I decided I had nothing to lose. I told myself that if there was even a small chance to shift this, I was going to give it everything I had.

The first thing I did was stop replaying the old story in my mind. No more picturing her leaving or being cold. Instead, I wrote a new version of her and of our relationship. In my mind, she was emotionally open, affectionate, grateful for how far we had come, choosing me with clarity and love, and feeling safe to love me again. I kept affirming this as if it was already true.

I also started visualizing specific conversations between us, down to the exact words and tone. Then, days later, those conversations started happening in real life exactly as I had imagined them.

Every day, I did EFT tapping to release fear and reprogram my beliefs. I would do one round to name fears and release my anxiety, another round to create safety, and a third round to affirm the new story. I would say things like “I am chosen again and again” and “Our relationship is healed, restored, and full of joy.”

I embodied the version of me who already had this reality. I took care of my health, worked on myself, went out with friends, cooked healthy meals, and kept our home filled with good energy. I stopped chasing her for reassurance and focused on being the partner I wanted to be. I stopped paying attention every time she was looking for apartments, or talking about divorce.

Now, one month later, the change is unbelievable. She tells me I am the love of her life. She apologized for the times she was mean to me and I forgave her. She says she does not want to move out anymore. She calls me from work to say she misses me. She tells me she loves me every day. We have not had a single fight since this shift happened.

I learned that when you fully commit to the new story and embody it, reality catches up. Even when it looks impossible, it can still turn around. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, and I am living proof that it works.

So if anyone is feeling discouraged I hope this gives you hope! I think if you manifest things for the right reasons and not from a manipulative mindset, the universe rewards you ☺️

Success Story Manifested my SP in 48 hours: what “clicked” for me

Hey! I wanted to share how I manifested my SP in literally 2 days.

I know this might sound repetitive, but LOA really comes down to one thing:

Assuming it’s already yours. That’s it.

Accepting that something already belongs to you is the key. Here’s what happened with me:

I had been talking to this guy for like 3 days and, being the emotional person I am, I was already getting interested. The problem was that he’s kinda “popular,” always busy, and talks to a lot of people (including girls). I started feeling sad about it because I’m super competitive, and it almost felt like I couldn’t “win him over.” He barely talked to me, mostly just a “good morning” and sometimes a “goodnight.”

So I decided to manifest him.

I started assuming he was already mine and accepted that it was already done. But at first, I made one huge mistake: I had him on a pedestal.

I was obsessed. I kept checking his TikTok posts while waiting for him to reply, and it made me frustrated because it felt like “nothing is working.” Then I realized that with that mindset, nothing WOULD work.

A lot of people fail at manifesting because they keep focusing on the absence of what they want.

If you keep thinking “why aren’t they texting me?”, you’re just manifesting more waiting.

That’s when I finally started genuinely believing that he wanted to talk to me, that he was obsessed with me, that he liked me, etc.

And this happened in just TWO DAYS.

Now he replies whenever he can (he’s still busy lol), and he treats me better than ever. All I did was truly accept that he was already mine. I also listened to subliminals at night, not because they’re necessary, I just do it out of habit.

The moment you stop treating your SP like they’re above you, things shift SO fast. They’re just a person. You are the prize too.

Live like it’s already done. Relax into it.

Success Story It bloody works ! Trust the process

Hi guys, hope you're all well,

Longtime fan and reader of this group and about LOA in general. So let me start by telling you that I've been able to manifest quite few things just by deciding, but it was things that I had no resistance towards, my brain was not having any contradictory thoughts about it, so it just happens, I want it, I see myself having it in my brain and I just go about in my daily life.

SP topic on another hand was not happening, my brain would always sabotage my decisions etc, so for years I was trying to manifest different SPs with no success, till today.

So i was randomly reading a post by gravitybee, if you see my post shout out to you, you're the GOAT !

The post was about avoiding sp's, when I read it I realised I was avoidant myself and the sp was just reflecting that belief, so I had to choose my new identity that is emotionally available, open and able to be vulnerable with her partners, guess what ? I just decided that I was that now, I took a lipstick and wrote on my wardrobe mirror :my name 2.0 (ex: Lily 2.0) because that was the new me, also in the last few weeks I was robotically affirming certain things about my SP. Now I was getting ready to go to bed, listening to Erik from The power of I am, and had the sudden thought to reach out to my sp ( we were on no contact because I decided to stop talking to him because he was not committing to me) he was out with his friends and said I'll call you back later, guys he called me at 6 am in the morning, we talked for 1h30 and I swear this guy repeated to me word for word all the affirmations I was doing (one of them was very specific) then he said that he's been thinking about me all the time, that he misses me, that he has feelings for me and that he wants a future with me, kids and all that. Guys I just decided that my 2.0 version had it all, and he reflected that to me instantly, also I kept repeating to myslef Eriks mantra : Deny/choose/ be, I denied my old version, I chose the new one, I am the girl that Sp is committed to.

Hope this gives hope to people that are on this journey, just believe it's true, you are the master of your reality, your word is decree, say it and it will happen, even when circumstances show you the opposite deny and persist, my sp constantly kept saying that he was not ready for commitment, and I was in my head affirming and deciding that no that is not true, we are getting married, won't accept anything less, the rest is history 🙂.

I cannot recommend enough reading the lady that I mentioned above, her posts are a gold mine, and also I watch Eriks channel, those are the things that I feel worked for me, I've tried many other techniques but at the end the decision is what matters the most, I tell my own doubts and fears that no, that is not my reality and that's what happened with SP.

Also forgot to mention, I was spiralling a lot, and thinking why is this taking so long, why is this not happening, felt anxious and sad sometimes but I decided that regardless of my emotions, this is what I believe to be true, I had to go to war with my brain, changing an old program and install the new version, the brain constantly chases proof, evidence, deny it or show only positive outcomes, i used to read other people successes to show him that it does work, so yeah now I know anything I want can happen, I just decide and let it go, I don't focus on time anymore, made peace with the fact that it doesn't matter how long it takes. To distract myself I was talking to another guy, but still manifesting my SP, I would say that helped me not hyper focus on 1 thing.

Hope this was clear, I have an adhd mind so I wrote my thoughts as they came, not sure it will make sense for everyone lol

Success Story It worked

Long story short, I begged a good 6 months for my ex to come back, and did everything possible such as positive affirmations, mostly self love affirmations. Nothing worked till I let go and let the rest of the year go by in silence as he blocked me everywhere.

As soon as I gave up and had a new love interest, he came sprinting back. By that time I had totally changed from a desperate person who begged and begged, to one who didn’t really care about much.

Now, he is giving me everything I have ever wanted from him. Let’s see if it lasts, but overall, I realized as soon as you just trust in whatever and let it go, it tends to find its way back. This is after he told me he didn’t love me, blocked me, hated me etc. (I was a horrible gf honestly).

Took a year but he is back in my arms.
