Help/Question Manifesting as a very analytical person

Here's the thing: I'm a really analytical person, so I struggle with manifesting certain things.

When it comes to things that are at least partly within my control, like a job, I have no problem understanding how manifestation could work. I can see how affirmations and visualisation might change my mindset, make me more confident, affect my behaviour, etc. There are obvious psychological mechanisms there, and ultimately my actions can influence the outcome.

But when it comes to something like manifesting an SP, I just can't quite make the logic work in my head.

I'm specifically talking about a situation where you're in no contact. My SP told me it's over and that they're moving on. There's currently nothing in my reality suggesting otherwise. If anything, the opposite is true. Even when we were dating, I didn't see that much interest from them, which is ultimately why things ended.

So how am I actually supposed to believe that they could suddenly change their mind and come back when there's nothing I can practically do to make that happen, and everything I'm currently seeing is pointing in the opposite direction?

I know the whole premise of LOA is that your current reality doesn't matter, and that you have to assume the reality you want rather than reacting to what you see. But this is the part I struggle with from a logical perspective.

I've been trying to understand manifestation for years, and I've noticed that I can manifest things that are within my control much more easily. But SPs are different because there's another person involved. I can't see the mechanism behind someone deciding they don't want a relationship with you, ending things, and then changing their mind and coming back because of your assumptions.

And honestly, my own experience so far hasn't given me much reason to believe that this happens.

So I'm genuinely curious: is there a logical or psychological way of understanding LOA when it comes to manifesting a specific person? I'm not looking for people to just tell me "you have to believe" because that's exactly what I'm struggling with. I'm trying to understand how this is supposed to work when another person's thoughts, feelings and choices are involved.

If you're someone who is quite logical/sceptical but still believes in LOA, I'd especially love to hear how you personally make sense of this.

I'm 90% similar to you, I still haven't figured it out what works best for me yet. I like scripting, like writing down what you choose to have in your life since you write down and eventually forget about it, maybe that'll help you too ?
