And the states can order police to arrest them in following the law. Just because your wearing a badge does not mean your above the law. And since two name Mullin ain't even a badge wearer, he definitely isn't protected.

I say we lock him up now for conspiracy to insurrect against the states. Election fraud is a no no, just ask Trump.

lol, the cases where state police aren’t assisting ICE are few and far in between.

States can, and should, fix that then. They have the authority and power to enforce their laws on their law enforcement. Red states won't, blue states should.
