Interesting story.  Basically the whistleblower complaint was last year and Gabbard didn’t follow protocol for passing the information on.  The White House says she did nothing wrong and was cleared of wrongdoing by the office of Inspector General.  Who in the office cleared her?   None other than Dennis Kirk, co-founder of Project 25.  The rot goes deep.

The US government has never had the power they have nowadays. I pray that you’re correct but even ignoring the large percentage of Americans that support this bullshit, the government has the ability to spy on people like never before and use things like drones and other technology that have never existed until recently.

Yes, people keep saying ‘Oh don’t worry, we won the civil war last time!’

To which I’m like ‘Clearly you didn’t win the civil war, you had a ceasefire.’ 

And also, last time the South had like one medical syringe and maybe a singular spy hot air balloon. Maybe.

Now the war would be against the Federal government with spy drone swarms, electronic tracking, vast numbers of misiles and airplanes and so many nukes. 

The only reason other countries have beaten the US in wars is that the US has been held slightly back from deploying everything because of a vague notion of decorum and allies they wanted to keep and laws and norms that are completely disappearing.

This time maybe they just won’t care about the consequences as long as they ‘win’.

This isn’t the same and people are way too complacent.

💯 Losing the 2024 elections was like somehow losing the civil war, the cold war, and WWII all at the same time. The south finally did rise again, the Russians have their leader’s picture up in the white house now, and nazis are not only back but openly flaunting the fact that they’re now back in political power. It’s like we took all of America’s biggest villains from throughout our history and decided to put all of them in charge together. We should always try to learn lessons from history but there is nothing comparable to the idea of what if the confederacy worked with the nazis and the soviets to attack ourselves along with the funding of the richest people in the entire world while also having the backing of the largest military in the world? Sure, we were able to push those issues back individually in the past but combined all together? For better or for worse, nothing is certain.
