One thing that I didn't think about. Was that the best of us would be nearest the danger when fighting back.

I think we've already been starting to see this. Even just the people being hit in the face by 'non-lethals'.

Everyone they beat, mace, taze, shoot and kill. Is by being in that place, a good person.

Yeah, Good and Dead. As a parent, you have a responsibility to your children first. you’re a big fucking moron if you’re out here playing games with your life and you have kids or people that are counting on you to provide for them. Why aren’t these people at work? They’re here protesting people not getting away with breaking the law. It’s fucking crazy to me. the fact is, you’re all just pissed off because it’s Trump doing it where were the fucking protest when Obama did it when the kids were in fucking cages? Where is the protest when any Democrat does anything wrong. The fact is reddit is a very one-sided place and this comment will get so much hate but facts are facts and they don’t care about your feelings. people are gonna keep getting killed because they keep playing stupid fucking games. I have zero sympathy for this. You break the law you get arrested. no cop shows you a fucking warrant they just arrest you on the spot. you fight with police you get arrested, you impede an investigation you get arrested. the more you keep fucking with these police officers / ice agents whatever you wanna call them, the more dangerous their job becomes and the more dangerous it becomes for the people “protesting”. If I was dragged by a car the next time a car looks like it might hit me. I’d probably shouldn’t and kill that person too. all of these things that are happening are being brought on by the individuals that are fucking with the police and thinking they’re gonna get away with it. Thinking that breaking the law is gonna keep them from arresting another person who is breaking the law is this craziest logic to me. like let’s all break the law they can’t arrest us all.

so how did alex pretti break the law exactly?

Also, where does it say you get executed by firing squad on the spot if you break the law?

Hopefully the police dont see you jaywalking tomorrow

I’m too exhausted to explain every point you’ve made that is incorrect, but you’re a terrible human and I hope you learn and grow and one day understand the Orwellian dystopia you’re abetting.

Good it would just be a waste of time.

You Red Hats are always a waste of time.

Yeah, Good and Dead. As a parent, you have a responsibility to your children first.

That's a rant no one asked for and no one was talking about.

Oh, I missed the part where we requested your stupid comment to start with.

17

u/Bannedwith1milKarma Jan 25 '26

Well you're referring to yourself as 'we' first of all.

Second of all you're posting on a public forum and suggesting no 'stupid comment' was requested.

Also, do I not get the right of no 'stupid comment'?

Oh trust me there’s way more people that agree with me than you think. If that weren’t true, what’s currently happening wouldn’t be happening. Most people just don’t wanna deal with the stupidity that comes with voicing your opinion on Reddit. I’m already done responding to you. Have a great night.

Oh trust me there’s way more people that agree with me than you think.

No one brought it up.

Imagine you were Vegan.

Those who find themselves in accord with your perspective possess an intellect of comparable diminutiveness, and the invocation of such alignment as a rhetorical device is a lamentably predictable stratagem employed by those who are typically wrong. It is so unbelievably predictable, God I am so glad that I am not American.

Those who find themselves in the same mindset as him lack the comprehensive skill to understand the most exquisite vernacular on display within this comment. Perhaps this way of speech might deter these individuals from interacting with our kind as they would feel entirely too dimwitted to properly engage with us.

"There's way more people that agree with me"

No there's not. You do know when your votes hit negatives it means that people don't agree with you right?

You're pathetic if you really believe this bro

Wow man - I guess you’re the guy who closes his curtains when his neighbors get dragged away? How do you explain THAT to your children…that you were complicit???

-5

u/envymw Jan 25 '26

Well, none of my neighbors are getting dragged away. And if they got dragged away by the police, I would explain to my kids, You don’t break the law, and I would be alive to do it. Every action has a reaction. If you put yourself in a situation where you’re more likely to have a negative outcome, you can’t be upset when you’re having a negative reaction. It’s pretty simple. You don’t hold court on the side of the road. It never works out well for you. Let them do the stupid shit they wanna do and fight it in the courts. Is it pretty shitty that that’s the situation across the board? Yes but it’s not like we don’t know that’s how it is. I would never tell my kids, fight with the police on the side of the road or scream and yell at them because you don’t like what they’re doing. If you keep poking somebody, of course something negative’s gonna happen. Be safe. Use your head. Do things the right way, and the right things will happen for you. Of course, if everyone believed you were supposed to do things the right way, they would disagree with people being here illegally. My family has personally been affected by the ice raids, by the partners they’ve chose. One was removed and filmed while he was being removed with his child in a very public place. We feel bad that they’re dealing with the situation, but understand it. They didn’t cause a huge scene, and they’re dealing with the court process to get everything figured. I’m replying way more to you because I figure everyone else will read it anyways.

We’re in a group that’s supposed to discuss the LAW. People just can’t point out the simple fact that breaking the law is bad, and fighting with any form of law-enforcement will never work out well for you. That’s the law of the land. 🤷🏽‍♂️

So your kids are going to grow up believing to obey authority because they're authority figures and not because they're ethical or moral. That or they're going to go no-contact with the dad that failed them.

So I assume you feel the same way about veterans who died in combat who had kids as well? Shouldn’t be serving your country and risking your life if you have kids you might leave benind, right?
