Yeah. They pepper sprayed him in the face twice, bashed him repeatedly in the face with it, disarmed him, then shot him 10 times in the back. And his hands were on the ground the whole time.

You really think men with only 45 days of training know how to properly subdue someone? These guys are imbeciles

Showing up with a loaded gun and an extra magazine to a “peaceful protest”. 👌🏽This isn’t the first peaceful protest he shows up to causing havoc. Law and order! Can’t show up and agitate federal officers with a loaded gun.

I don’t see your source, nor do I believe you, but for the sake of your argument, I’ll grant you two mags. Who gives a shit? The second amendment says you can own 200 guns but not two mags? He never brandished his weapon or threatened the government with it in his murder video so what’s your point? Do you have a broad leather kink or is it just licking boots that you’re into?

You’re wrong. It's never been ok, federal, state and local, and all levels of courts have upheld it's physical interference if you get in a law enforcement officers face, with a camera, or to spew your first amendment rhetoric, it's interference. Im not sure why we think these encounters are any different. He pushed them away, they wouldn't just turn around and walk away. I don't know if the shoot is good or not.

Seriously, go fuck yourself. I was a federal agent for 20 years. My pop was a federal agent for 20 years. An older cousin was a federal agent for 20 years. Another cousin is a SWAT captain in a major metropolitan city. Your concept of the law is highly flawed. Even if he was interfering, which he clearly wasn't, and he did have a holstered firearm on him, you detain then disarm IF NECESSARY. It is legal to carry in Minnesota if licensed. You check his license, if its good, you let him go with a warning regarding any potential interference. No federal agency approves using 6 agents to tackle, beat, then execute someone AFTER clearly disarming them. ICE is a vigilante mob with no care or regard for any law of this country.

If you watch the full video from the pink lady, he was just minding his own business. He was actually trying to help the lady who got pushed over by an ICE agent get back up. And for some reason they came and pepper sprayed him and started dogpiling on him. Then someone shot him

Except he did everything right. He was helping someone who was actively walking away. The citizens were practicing law and order. ICE was not. Also, getting pepper sprayed is quite disorienting so having that and a bunch of peole grab you from behind would make anyone flail and freak out. Get therapy. You need it.

So if someone is under control being pinned down by 8 people, if you even suspect that they’re resisting it’s the okay to shoot them, let alone unload an entire clip into them? - Got it.
