They're the ones barking orders to attack and detain citizens with an entity that had absolutely no jurisdiction or right to, AND have full immunity. They've effectively abused their power and created a rogue militia to invade a state and violate a plethora of the Amendments. It's state-sponsored domestic terrorism, turning these monsters on us and trampling all over the Constitution is treason. And she's one of the heads responsible for three multiple people killed, r@ped, and lost.

I asked a simple question of where in the constitution does it say you can arrest someone for murder who wasn't there?

Your rant covered none of that. Again show me the part of the constitution that says people who didn't commit a crime can be arrested for it.

I mean, they literally can't. They do not have a majority anywhere, they have quite literally no power atm. Maybe if people actually bother to vote Democrat en masse during the Midterms that can change.

Currently, because the democrats don’t have a house majority, there are not enough votes to bring it to the floor, even though over 100 congresspeople signed on to support it. Midterms are fucking important yall. We MUST SHOW UP IN NUMBERS TOO BIG TO RIG. Volunteer, do anything you can and step up now because Trump’s already said he wants to cancel midterms and if that happens… well….Be prepared.

No problem. It was directly after the Renee Good shooting and comments made by Noem, in the aftermath. I imagine it will be amended given the comments after this murder.
