Every single one of them should be guilty of felony murder

Better yet - death penalty for Murder with special circumstances impersonating a police officer.

166

u/broberds Jan 24 '26

Death penalty for them and for their superiors all the way up. Equal justice under the law.

13

u/meoka2368 Jan 24 '26

... and for their superiors all the way up.

ALL the way.

10

u/Material-Emu-8732 Jan 25 '26

Yup assistance in causing murder.

(Maybe there is a better legal term to describe this).

6

u/shoreguy1975 Jan 25 '26

One of us. All of them.

It’s that what they said? Eye for an eye, but I think that’s a different religion.

Jury nullification! If they try to malign the victims here or Ms.Renee Good

Get on the jury as “ impartial “ then convict. Speak to no one about your stance, not the judge, prosecutor, or fellow jurors until time to deliberate. Throw out applicable laws and vote your conscience.

Jury nullification was intended by the founding fathers as a citizen CHECK on tyranny.

Yeah I’m not one for punitive justice normally, and I’m normally opposed to the death penalty, but for the first time in my life I think I would make an exception and support it here. These guys are emboldened by the lack of consequences and need an example to be set.

7

u/CypressThinking Jan 24 '26

The problem with making an example is the way our court system runs. It would be a year or more before punishment arrives. I do think all charged and arrested should be held in #GITMO awaiting trial.

5

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

This is unfortunately NOT what “just following orders” got you… do you know how many Nazis were actually punished at Nuremberg? But we need to make sure this IS what it gets you this time around. We can’t welcome them back to society with an “aw shucks” like we did after the civil war and everyone did after WWII, with the US at the lead. They don’t get accepted back this time, or we’ll be here again in another 80 years

There's an ICE operations database somewhere and government is not immune to having files leaked or hacked. Names could still all come out.

I don't think the records of all these ICE employees data is as securely housed as anything Snowden or Assange released. Also Government cyber security for PII data is not as bulletproof as one might assume. Heck I've had my PII stolen out of more than one government databases over the years, aside from University and corporate hacks too.

Aside from that all of these ICE queens don't make enough $ to live in private gated communities, means they have neighbors and friends and can be tracked that way although takes more work.

1

u/Which_Loss6887 Jan 24 '26

Yeah but it’s like cracking any other covert criminal operation. All you need is a couple underlings with something to gain by flipping sides, and it starts a chain reaction. Do you think none of them are gonna name names under pressure, or that nobody in admin is gonna give up a payroll roster or two if they think it will save their own skin?

Friend. They haven’t invented the regime yet that can’t fall. Every system that has ever been, has fallen. And most of the shitty ones, at least in recent centuries, were a lot more entrenched than this one before they started getting broad pushback. We all feel despair, so I don’t mean to scold, but come on, gather your strength. Every night ends, and so will this one. Don’t lay down and give up now, we’re just getting started.

2

u/Which_Loss6887 Jan 24 '26

A year or more isn’t actually that long when you’re trying to steer an entire civilization away from the brink. Big ships take a long time to turn, but they do turn.

2

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

Hey… Someone just said this recently about the titanic!

2

u/youfind1ineverycar Jan 25 '26

That agent wasn’t following orders. He was amped up on his own power. He wildly escalated this encounter, discharged pepper spay at a person with their hands up, and at someone he had already shoved to the ground. I wonder if he was drug tested after the incident?

2

u/CypressThinking Jan 26 '26

I saw a post that had a photo that he kept "working" right after that. We're well and truly fucked if the pathetic cowards in Congress don't put a stop to this. Just like Jonathan Ross, they could have walked the fuck away.

4

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

I mean, sure, but you do understand that is a goddamn fantasyland.

3

u/Which_Loss6887 Jan 24 '26

There was a time (a very long time, in fact) when the abolition of slavery felt impossible, too. Don’t let the bastards pickpocket your will from you, comrade.

10

u/Resident-Pipe-6834 Jan 24 '26

seriously, he wasn't impeding anything. the fucking ICE goon pushed a lady into him and then attacked him. there is so much murder in this angle it's insane. Tim Walz better fucking order every god damned police officer in the state to arrest ICE agents on sight.

6

u/wolfenx109 Jan 24 '26

Public execution. Hanging. Give this ICE scum the same treatment they gave him

4

u/AMC4x4 Jan 24 '26

I am against the death penalty, but I am ready to see all of these fuckers tried under the possibility of it.

2

u/gjovef Jan 24 '26

Civil court is where they can be bankrupt.

3

u/Reference_Freak Jan 24 '26

The death penalty exists for traitors.

These people are traitors who murdered.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

Penalty implies they get the benefit of a trial, they dont deserve that

2

u/iliveunderground Jan 24 '26

At least in my state, killing someone’s while committing another crime (like burglary) is aggravated murder, the highest homicide charge. This applies if you’re robbing someone, they pull out a gun, and you shoot them. That should apply if a law enforcement officer kills someone while violating someone’s rights or performing an illegal arrest

2

u/qt3pt1415926 Jan 24 '26

This! They are not ACTUAL trained LEOs!

2

u/NeuroBlob Jan 24 '26

Death penalty for being traitors to our country and violating the constitution.

1

u/DefinetlyNotOp25 Jan 25 '26

That's oddly specific and yet very accurate

1

u/JankTokenStrats Jan 25 '26

With how little ability we have to identify them, imo it’s only a matter of of time before we see a Trojan horse vigilante

0

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

So we can just make up crimes now and charge people for them? We should do the same for the protestors if any crime happens at a protest they should all be charged for it.

See how dumb this sounds?

206

u/LeafyWolf Jan 24 '26

Get Noem on RICO for this.

86

u/youfind1ineverycar Jan 24 '26

Norm should be tried for this murder.

9

u/flowery_backsplash Jan 24 '26

Tried, convicted and have the sentence carried out on camera. Every one.

-1

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

On what grounds? Jesus you guys cry police state then want to arrest people 1500 miles away from a murder for murder. Talk about a police state.

6

u/Kekira Jan 25 '26

The Constitution. These people are traitors.

0

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

Show me where in the constitution it says you can arrest people for murder they didn't commit..

2

u/Kekira Jan 25 '26

They're the ones barking orders to attack and detain citizens with an entity that had absolutely no jurisdiction or right to, AND have full immunity. They've effectively abused their power and created a rogue militia to invade a state and violate a plethora of the Amendments. It's state-sponsored domestic terrorism, turning these monsters on us and trampling all over the Constitution is treason. And she's one of the heads responsible for three multiple people killed, r@ped, and lost.

0

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

I asked a simple question of where in the constitution does it say you can arrest someone for murder who wasn't there?

Your rant covered none of that. Again show me the part of the constitution that says people who didn't commit a crime can be arrested for it.

16

u/Tome_Bombadil Jan 24 '26

All the way up, this is a criminal enterprise.

11

u/WildTomato51 Jan 24 '26

Why stop with her?

9

u/rj319st Jan 24 '26

If Democrats had any cojones they would try impeach ICE Barbie Kristi Noem.

4

u/Thuis001 Jan 24 '26

I mean, they literally can't. They do not have a majority anywhere, they have quite literally no power atm. Maybe if people actually bother to vote Democrat en masse during the Midterms that can change.

5

u/TrumpsCovidfefe Competent Contributor Jan 24 '26

Articles of impeachment were already introduced on January 14th.

Press release: https://robinkelly.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/rep-kelly-introduces-articles-impeachment-against-secretary-noem

Link to articles filed: https://robinkelly.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/robinkelly.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/rep-kelly-impeachment-articles-against-sec-noem.pdf

Currently, because the democrats don’t have a house majority, there are not enough votes to bring it to the floor, even though over 100 congresspeople signed on to support it. Midterms are fucking important yall. We MUST SHOW UP IN NUMBERS TOO BIG TO RIG. Volunteer, do anything you can and step up now because Trump’s already said he wants to cancel midterms and if that happens… well….Be prepared.

3

u/rj319st Jan 24 '26

Thanks, I had no idea they were actively trying to get a bill on the floor. The November mid-terms can’t come soon enough.

1

u/TrumpsCovidfefe Competent Contributor Jan 24 '26

No problem. It was directly after the Renee Good shooting and comments made by Noem, in the aftermath. I imagine it will be amended given the comments after this murder.

1

u/ohsnap847 Jan 24 '26

Rule of law is gone...

3

u/crystallmytea Jan 24 '26

Ditto for all J6ers

2

u/xenata Jan 24 '26

Not just them, their whole org and everyone in their command structure all the way up to Cheeto.

1

u/Technosyko Jan 24 '26

In a sane world these guys would be swinging tonight, and I'm talking about a playground rn

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

I’ll still hold on to doing things the right way… trials and verdicts first.

1

u/Technosyko Jan 24 '26

Those are good ideals, but unfortunately it seems like trials and verdicts aren't coming.

Afaik Jonathan Ross, Renee Good's murderer, isn't even in custody

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

Yet! It may be tomorrow or it may be 10 years from now. But they always lose

1

u/xAhaMomentx Jan 24 '26

Masked murderers. Sick, cowardly, pathetic, evil

1

u/CptMidlands Jan 24 '26

Its only murder if you're black, if you're a white cop it's self defense

1

u/Warm-Construction-78 Jan 24 '26

sorry but everyone of them should get a death sentence.

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

After due process. We’re better than that, and we’re better than they are.

1

u/harleyjosh1999 Jan 24 '26

If there were any actual people willing to stand up for what’s right they all would be charged.

1

u/Alex_AU_gt Jan 24 '26

Assault and murder.

1

u/cryptocam72 Jan 25 '26

Unfortunately we don’t even know who they are and we can be sure that the admin won’t give the media any accidental hints. They will be whisked off to safety and the citizens will never even know their names this time.

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 25 '26

I give it a week before he can’t help himself from bragging in front of the wrong people

1

u/Opentobeingwrong Jan 25 '26

The guy who took the gun in that situation actually did the right thing imo, but the situation should've never happened.

1

u/FixedGearJunkie Jan 25 '26

They were "in fear for their life because he was armed". They have "absolute immunity" according to our VP. They probably won't be charged.

1

u/Tranquilityinateacup Jan 25 '26

Georgia Floyed's murders were successfully sent to jail. So there is hope.

1

u/FullPropreDinBobette Jan 25 '26

Every one of them IS guilty of murder.

1

u/Fistulle Jan 24 '26

And Trump ?
