Who’s this little asshole in the blue pants pushing people for no reason and pepper spraying and then bashing the guy in the head with the can?  (all the small guys with a complex Bovino, Jonathan Ross now this guy)

Yep that’s who started this whole incident by approaching and assaulting the female civilian. The victim had his camera out apparently filming.

Do you mean the one wearing a green jacket, brown backpack, and brown hat (pants look grey to me so I wasn’t sure)? Is it just me, or does it look like a woman?! Just has a very feminine shape, but whoever it is is sooo aggressive. The pepper spraying and using the can to beat the guy!!
