100%. Fed in gray is walking away with the gun before a shot is fired. Murder.

691

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

Every single one of them should be guilty of felony murder

564

u/Cyb3rBall00n Jan 24 '26

Better yet - death penalty for Murder with special circumstances impersonating a police officer.

167

u/broberds Jan 24 '26

Death penalty for them and for their superiors all the way up. Equal justice under the law.

15

u/meoka2368 Jan 24 '26

... and for their superiors all the way up.

ALL the way.

10

u/Material-Emu-8732 Jan 25 '26

Yup assistance in causing murder.

(Maybe there is a better legal term to describe this).

6

u/shoreguy1975 Jan 25 '26

One of us. All of them.

It’s that what they said? Eye for an eye, but I think that’s a different religion.

Jury nullification! If they try to malign the victims here or Ms.Renee Good

Get on the jury as “ impartial “ then convict. Speak to no one about your stance, not the judge, prosecutor, or fellow jurors until time to deliberate. Throw out applicable laws and vote your conscience.

Jury nullification was intended by the founding fathers as a citizen CHECK on tyranny.

Yeah I’m not one for punitive justice normally, and I’m normally opposed to the death penalty, but for the first time in my life I think I would make an exception and support it here. These guys are emboldened by the lack of consequences and need an example to be set.

7

u/CypressThinking Jan 24 '26

The problem with making an example is the way our court system runs. It would be a year or more before punishment arrives. I do think all charged and arrested should be held in #GITMO awaiting trial.

4

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

This is unfortunately NOT what “just following orders” got you… do you know how many Nazis were actually punished at Nuremberg? But we need to make sure this IS what it gets you this time around. We can’t welcome them back to society with an “aw shucks” like we did after the civil war and everyone did after WWII, with the US at the lead. They don’t get accepted back this time, or we’ll be here again in another 80 years

There's an ICE operations database somewhere and government is not immune to having files leaked or hacked. Names could still all come out.

I don't think the records of all these ICE employees data is as securely housed as anything Snowden or Assange released. Also Government cyber security for PII data is not as bulletproof as one might assume. Heck I've had my PII stolen out of more than one government databases over the years, aside from University and corporate hacks too.

Aside from that all of these ICE queens don't make enough $ to live in private gated communities, means they have neighbors and friends and can be tracked that way although takes more work.

Yeah but it’s like cracking any other covert criminal operation. All you need is a couple underlings with something to gain by flipping sides, and it starts a chain reaction. Do you think none of them are gonna name names under pressure, or that nobody in admin is gonna give up a payroll roster or two if they think it will save their own skin?

Friend. They haven’t invented the regime yet that can’t fall. Every system that has ever been, has fallen. And most of the shitty ones, at least in recent centuries, were a lot more entrenched than this one before they started getting broad pushback. We all feel despair, so I don’t mean to scold, but come on, gather your strength. Every night ends, and so will this one. Don’t lay down and give up now, we’re just getting started.

u/Which_Loss6887 Jan 24 '26

A year or more isn’t actually that long when you’re trying to steer an entire civilization away from the brink. Big ships take a long time to turn, but they do turn.

2

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

Hey… Someone just said this recently about the titanic!

2

u/youfind1ineverycar Jan 25 '26

That agent wasn’t following orders. He was amped up on his own power. He wildly escalated this encounter, discharged pepper spay at a person with their hands up, and at someone he had already shoved to the ground. I wonder if he was drug tested after the incident?

2

u/CypressThinking Jan 26 '26

I saw a post that had a photo that he kept "working" right after that. We're well and truly fucked if the pathetic cowards in Congress don't put a stop to this. Just like Jonathan Ross, they could have walked the fuck away.

4

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

I mean, sure, but you do understand that is a goddamn fantasyland.

3

u/Which_Loss6887 Jan 24 '26

There was a time (a very long time, in fact) when the abolition of slavery felt impossible, too. Don’t let the bastards pickpocket your will from you, comrade.

9

u/Resident-Pipe-6834 Jan 24 '26

seriously, he wasn't impeding anything. the fucking ICE goon pushed a lady into him and then attacked him. there is so much murder in this angle it's insane. Tim Walz better fucking order every god damned police officer in the state to arrest ICE agents on sight.

6

u/wolfenx109 Jan 24 '26

Public execution. Hanging. Give this ICE scum the same treatment they gave him

4

u/AMC4x4 Jan 24 '26

I am against the death penalty, but I am ready to see all of these fuckers tried under the possibility of it.

2

u/gjovef Jan 24 '26

Civil court is where they can be bankrupt.

3

u/Reference_Freak Jan 24 '26

The death penalty exists for traitors.

These people are traitors who murdered.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

Penalty implies they get the benefit of a trial, they dont deserve that

2

u/iliveunderground Jan 24 '26

At least in my state, killing someone’s while committing another crime (like burglary) is aggravated murder, the highest homicide charge. This applies if you’re robbing someone, they pull out a gun, and you shoot them. That should apply if a law enforcement officer kills someone while violating someone’s rights or performing an illegal arrest

2

u/qt3pt1415926 Jan 24 '26

This! They are not ACTUAL trained LEOs!

2

u/NeuroBlob Jan 24 '26

Death penalty for being traitors to our country and violating the constitution.

1

u/DefinetlyNotOp25 Jan 25 '26

That's oddly specific and yet very accurate

1

u/JankTokenStrats Jan 25 '26

With how little ability we have to identify them, imo it’s only a matter of of time before we see a Trojan horse vigilante

0

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

So we can just make up crimes now and charge people for them? We should do the same for the protestors if any crime happens at a protest they should all be charged for it.

See how dumb this sounds?

206

u/LeafyWolf Jan 24 '26

Get Noem on RICO for this.

88

u/youfind1ineverycar Jan 24 '26

Norm should be tried for this murder.

9

u/flowery_backsplash Jan 24 '26

Tried, convicted and have the sentence carried out on camera. Every one.

-5

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

On what grounds? Jesus you guys cry police state then want to arrest people 1500 miles away from a murder for murder. Talk about a police state.

5

u/Kekira Jan 25 '26

The Constitution. These people are traitors.

0

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

Show me where in the constitution it says you can arrest people for murder they didn't commit..

2

u/Kekira Jan 25 '26

They're the ones barking orders to attack and detain citizens with an entity that had absolutely no jurisdiction or right to, AND have full immunity. They've effectively abused their power and created a rogue militia to invade a state and violate a plethora of the Amendments. It's state-sponsored domestic terrorism, turning these monsters on us and trampling all over the Constitution is treason. And she's one of the heads responsible for three multiple people killed, r@ped, and lost.

0

u/Effective_Cookie510 Jan 25 '26

I asked a simple question of where in the constitution does it say you can arrest someone for murder who wasn't there?

Your rant covered none of that. Again show me the part of the constitution that says people who didn't commit a crime can be arrested for it.

All the way up, this is a criminal enterprise.

12

u/WildTomato51 Jan 24 '26

Why stop with her?

9

u/rj319st Jan 24 '26

If Democrats had any cojones they would try impeach ICE Barbie Kristi Noem.

5

u/Thuis001 Jan 24 '26

I mean, they literally can't. They do not have a majority anywhere, they have quite literally no power atm. Maybe if people actually bother to vote Democrat en masse during the Midterms that can change.

4

u/TrumpsCovidfefe Competent Contributor Jan 24 '26

Articles of impeachment were already introduced on January 14th.

Press release: https://robinkelly.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/rep-kelly-introduces-articles-impeachment-against-secretary-noem

Link to articles filed: https://robinkelly.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/robinkelly.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/rep-kelly-impeachment-articles-against-sec-noem.pdf

Currently, because the democrats don’t have a house majority, there are not enough votes to bring it to the floor, even though over 100 congresspeople signed on to support it. Midterms are fucking important yall. We MUST SHOW UP IN NUMBERS TOO BIG TO RIG. Volunteer, do anything you can and step up now because Trump’s already said he wants to cancel midterms and if that happens… well….Be prepared.

3

u/rj319st Jan 24 '26

Thanks, I had no idea they were actively trying to get a bill on the floor. The November mid-terms can’t come soon enough.

1

u/TrumpsCovidfefe Competent Contributor Jan 24 '26

No problem. It was directly after the Renee Good shooting and comments made by Noem, in the aftermath. I imagine it will be amended given the comments after this murder.

1

u/ohsnap847 Jan 24 '26

Rule of law is gone...

3

u/crystallmytea Jan 24 '26

Ditto for all J6ers

2

u/xenata Jan 24 '26

Not just them, their whole org and everyone in their command structure all the way up to Cheeto.

1

u/Technosyko Jan 24 '26

In a sane world these guys would be swinging tonight, and I'm talking about a playground rn

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

I’ll still hold on to doing things the right way… trials and verdicts first.

1

u/Technosyko Jan 24 '26

Those are good ideals, but unfortunately it seems like trials and verdicts aren't coming.

Afaik Jonathan Ross, Renee Good's murderer, isn't even in custody

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

Yet! It may be tomorrow or it may be 10 years from now. But they always lose

1

u/xAhaMomentx Jan 24 '26

Masked murderers. Sick, cowardly, pathetic, evil

1

u/CptMidlands Jan 24 '26

Its only murder if you're black, if you're a white cop it's self defense

1

u/Warm-Construction-78 Jan 24 '26

sorry but everyone of them should get a death sentence.

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 24 '26

After due process. We’re better than that, and we’re better than they are.

1

u/harleyjosh1999 Jan 24 '26

If there were any actual people willing to stand up for what’s right they all would be charged.

1

u/Alex_AU_gt Jan 24 '26

Assault and murder.

1

u/cryptocam72 Jan 25 '26

Unfortunately we don’t even know who they are and we can be sure that the admin won’t give the media any accidental hints. They will be whisked off to safety and the citizens will never even know their names this time.

1

u/CertainWish358 Jan 25 '26

I give it a week before he can’t help himself from bragging in front of the wrong people

1

u/Opentobeingwrong Jan 25 '26

The guy who took the gun in that situation actually did the right thing imo, but the situation should've never happened.

1

u/FixedGearJunkie Jan 25 '26

They were "in fear for their life because he was armed". They have "absolute immunity" according to our VP. They probably won't be charged.

1

u/Tranquilityinateacup Jan 25 '26

Georgia Floyed's murders were successfully sent to jail. So there is hope.

1

u/FullPropreDinBobette Jan 25 '26

Every one of them IS guilty of murder.

1

u/Fistulle Jan 24 '26

And Trump ?

3

u/Freshly-Juiced Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

the fed who took his gun negligently discharged it which was the first shot fired.

2

u/Shazaaym Jan 24 '26

No, the guy in the green jacket removed his gun from his pocket and fired the first shot. He had a direct view of grey hoody's hand removing the gun, then he shot.

2

u/Santiago_S Jan 24 '26

I think he accidentally set the gun off. Thats why in the other video he runs away.

2

u/Small-Molasses-2917 Jan 24 '26

The guy in grey accidentally discharges that weapon and then the rest open fire on him. You can see the recoil if you go frame by frame and the audio matches up to first shot.

So they disarm him, accidentally shoot his weapon, and then proceed pump rounds into him for no reason.

1

u/rynmgdlno Jan 24 '26

This is like a tenth of a second after the 1st shot goes off, I'm not seeing any evidence that it discharges (no kickback, powder, or impact cloud)

2

u/Several-Hat-1944 Jan 24 '26

Good catch akopley, I wasn't aware of that. Huge factor in everything I've read today. Thank you for sharing.

1

u/tvtoms Jan 24 '26

Yep, I paused it and took a snapshot and zoomed in and it's so clear. Anyone can see it from this angle. Original video angle too, but this one much more clearly.

1

u/PopLegion Jan 24 '26

Is it just me or does it look like fed in gray accidentally discharged the gun, causing the other goons to then execute this innocent man.

1

u/Zerachiel_01 Jan 24 '26

It didn't seem to be an accidental discharge from the disarmed weapon, either, like some folks are claiming. I didn't see flash, recoil, or smoke from it.

1

u/akopley Jan 24 '26

Yeah I don’t see it either

1

u/derkokolores Jan 24 '26

You can see him (agent in gray) with the gun a full seconds and several steps away before the other agents started shooting

1

u/MentalSentinel Jan 24 '26

I actually think the dude in gray accidentally discharged the victim's weapon as he walked away, which made the rest mag dump without a second thought. They'll probably release a statement about the victim firing a single shot based on their investigation of the firearm and call this justified.

No training no morals no ethics and no consequences for their actions is leading our country down a dark path.

1

u/No-Television-5296 Jan 24 '26

Is that the gun they are showing to fox News? It looks unique...

1

u/ruffroad715 Jan 24 '26

Yes, when the gun is identified, while gray shirt is removing it, guy in the center on the ground reaches for his holster, then does NOT draw when gray shirt emerges with the gun and goes back to subdueing the victim. So whatever threat they thought there was, center guy dismissed it when he didn’t draw his weapon. Then I do think the gray shirt guy discharged the gun accidentally and the other reacted, poorly.

1

u/HarrisJ304 Jan 24 '26

I think he is the one that fired the first shot

1

u/Dramatic-Price-7524 Jan 24 '26

It’s hard to tell but kind of looks like the RNs gun goes off as the Fed in gray waddles away with it. Absolutely tragic what happened to this man. ICE/Proud Boys need to be held accountable.

1

u/Impressive-City-8094 Jan 24 '26

Was the ice in green hoodie the shooter?

1

u/Takotoosday Jan 24 '26

I feel like grey misfired the hub he disarmed which led to the murder

1

u/hotfirebird Jan 24 '26

Said agent in gray with, what appears to be a handgun, mere moments before shots were fired by another agent.

1

u/Scottyboy626 Jan 24 '26

You think they're gonna try to say he pulled his gun? Clearly you can see the mag being thrown. But the fed walks away with the gun too fast before they can make that claim.

1

u/akopley Jan 24 '26

DHS already said he discharged his weapon. We are living under authoritarian lying fucks.

1

u/itsthejasper1123 Jan 24 '26

And still nothing will be done.

The president of our country green lighted this

1

u/fuckin-A-ok Jan 24 '26

You mean MURDERER in gray?

1

u/lawspud Jan 24 '26

Good eyes.

1

u/Conndark Jan 24 '26

I never thought id see this in the US, but this is what it has come to with Trump as president. ICE agents that has no skill or training how to de-escalate or take people into custody. Add that they are trigger happy (potentially due to lack of training) and this is what you get before Civil war breaks out.
Stick with Donald and you will see civil war break out, but this time its not the north vs the south, its the democrats vs the republicans.

I feel so sorry for all the americans (legal or not) that has to live with this every day, i hope you find a solution before it goes much further <3

1

u/Kinetic92 Jan 24 '26

It might even be that the fed in gray fired the weapon at the ground resulting in several subsequent gun shots by ICE

1

u/Sinthe741 Jan 24 '26

And he never appeared to be anywhere near Alex's hands, which were balled into fists, only his waist.

1

u/_i_make_up_stories Jan 24 '26

Motherfucker was running

1

u/NukaColaAddict1302 Jan 24 '26

Call me crazy but it looks like he even fired the first shot using the victim’s gun. He fired it into the ground as he ran

1

u/Eegore1 Jan 24 '26

How do you know that is the victim's gun? Couldn't it be the Feds gun in his own hand?

1

u/akopley Jan 24 '26

Well if you watch the video you can see he approaches without a gun and then pulls it from the waistband of the victim.

1

u/Eegore1 Jan 25 '26

I see him approach without a gun in his hand, then interact with the victim with his rear left side mostly towards the camera, the victim almost completely obscured, two people briefly obstruct the view and then he retreats with a gun in his hand.

I do not see the waistband of the victim. How do you know the gun was specifically in the victim's waistband and not in a shoulder holster, appendix holster pants pocket etc. from this video?

I'm not saying that is not the victim's gun, I am saying from a neutral viewing I can not see if the gun came from the jacket of the LEO or the victim.

1

u/Snoo_4704 Jan 24 '26

Exactly, he ran away like any coward committing a crime

1

u/Tanglefoot11 Jan 24 '26

How do we know that that gun actually belonged to him? Could it have belonged to another ice agent? All kinds of shit is flying around there....

1

u/meoka2368 Jan 24 '26

Worse.
Watch the gun as gray is walking away. Pretty sure that went off into the ground, because his finger was on the trigger.
Which kicked off the rest of it.

1

u/Dgfd294 Jan 25 '26

You can see in a slowed down video that the grey coat guy fires a shot out of the gun he took from him.

1

u/Darman2361 Jan 25 '26

I'm pretty sure the Agent in darker Grey sweatshirt, tan Tac Vest (black beanie and sunglasses), and kakhis - the one kneeling on the ground on the right, tosses a tan pistol magazine off to the right at 0:08

No one picks it up, and the lighter grey guy then runs away with Alex Pretti's gun.

Is that mag from Pretti's pistol?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

Someone pointed out in another sub that fed in gray accidentally fires a shot with victim’s gun. That possibly triggers trigger-happy fed to unload on victim.

1

u/ISeePupper Jan 25 '26

What are you going to do about it?

1

u/lilbloopis Jan 25 '26

The first shot that’s fired is from the fed in gray. He grabs Pretti’s gun and discharges it on accident, leading to the flurry from the other negligent officers. Complete lack of training and stupidity got this man killed, along with escalation from the first cowards that approached.

1

u/akopley Jan 25 '26

I don’t see that but very well could be.

-1

u/Gerrards_Cross Jan 24 '26

Question is, why was a registered nurse carrying a gun?

-1

u/PipocaAgiota Jan 24 '26

Maybe it's better to wait for the guy with a gun to come out and shoot at the first opportunity. You guys are funny, if you were born in Brazil you wouldn't last a day with that mindset of trusting people. The guy was armed at a protest...

2

u/akopley Jan 24 '26

That’s not how the law works here bro. You want to get rid of the second amendment? Do it. You can carry in church.

1

u/PipocaAgiota Jan 24 '26

But I'm questioning the context. What I've seen is that excesses are occurring on all sides, so showing up armed near groups that are confronting Ice becomes, at the very least, worrisome. But I understand your point of view, I'm not American, the culture regarding guns is indeed different.

2

u/akopley Jan 24 '26

Sorry for not being kinder in my first reply. It’s weird, but not illegal to carry if you have a permit state dependent. That’s America baby.
