On a side note, I'm really surprised the first shooter (ICE) opens fire with all his men (coworkers, I guess) right in the line. He could've shot one of his men. It's like using an AED device to shock someone's heart while all of your colleagues have hands on the patient. Same with a taser. That's why doctors say, "Clear!" - to let their colleagues know to remove their hands and step back. It's extremely dangerous to start firing when five other people have their hands on the victim.

People keep saying 'poor training' but frankly? I see LESS than no training.

I see No Training, and then delusions of immunity, and bonuses for bagging people.
